Asked for no tomato and got home to my sandwich all wrong

This was my first visit to the hain and this location. I was extremely pleased with my Italian sub I ordered. The sub was put together very well and the meats and toppings were perfectly married with the mayonnaise sauce they use.

My taste buds were dancing in my mouth and I couldn't get over how delicious my meal was. The loaded potatoe soup was also better than I have experienced anywhere in the few years.

The customer service I recieved from Mario was outstanding and he even asked how our food was when we were leaving. The seating area is a little small but this is an after-thought once you taste the food. I have discovered the sub shop I will be frequenting from niw on.

Thank you Mario and your team for the amazing food and customer service! If you haven't been here yet, you need to go and try it for yourself! You won't be disappointed!

So I've had problems everytime I go in and this one person is working here name is naveya and is extremely rude to me every time she is always standing around doing nothing and honestly shocked she still works there she has messed up my orders on purpose and doesn't try to fix it I will not be going back

Order two subs because something with pickles sounded good. Ordered through the app even gave an option to get an extra pickle on the side. Um yes please. Got our subs and come to find out NO pickles and the sub customization was not very accurate. Still a good sub but why are you so stingy with the pickles thats one of the things you are known for!?!?

I ordered a salad. The lettuce was wilted, brown and even a few pieces were slimy. A lot of stems and very few leafy parts. No dressing was included and they didn’t ask what kind I wanted. Next time I’ll just stick with the sandwiches.

Their fries are absolutely GOATed and the sandwich was killer. Ordered extra ranch and those boys delivered. This shit was wetter than your mom doing the ice bucket challenge. Nice to have some good fast food in johnstown these days. 💪

Also my mom liked the Mac and cheese.
