Waitress was very pleasant but food not so much. Chicken was burnt and dry and vegetables very salty. Not the teriyaki bowl or planet I remember. And very pricey.

Are you kidding me? Don’t waste your money. This is NOT teriyaki chicken. The food is terrible! The chicken was roasted not grilled, dry not fresh, and smothered in some sort of lame sauce out of a bottle. The veggies were boiled with no seasoning. The grump 40 something white lady that took our order had zero interest or passion, let alone any communication skills. Totally lame. You can find better teriyaki chicken in the frozen section of Trader Joe’s.

Omg Biola (could be spelling her name completely wrong) but she was absolutely amazing. Our food was absolutely delicious she made all our bowls in such a timely manner on top of other peoples orders and continuously checked on us while we were there even though it was just her working! Would absolutely go back for the food and customer service! Thank you for a great experience!

Wife and I ordered two yakatori bowl w/ brown rice meals with a couple of egg rolls. Blown away by the portions (almost three meals really) Chicken was really bbq'd with little crispy edges. Veggies were steamed and tender. For 3 more bucks you can eat majority non processed foods with great flavor and huge portions. Super clean dining room and no one around. Got my perfect PM snack in the fridge!

Appreciate the lighter sauce on the teriyaki dishes and all the ready-to-go condiments on the counter so I can add what I'd like. Rice was cooked to perfection. The junior was the perfect portion for me; not too full and not hungry afterwards. If I wanted leftovers I'd get the regular. I'll be back for lunch. Thank you! The food is good, that’s why I still come here. However, based on my schedule I usually get there 6p-ish, and with never a doubt they have the appearance of looking closed. Once you enter, the staff that is working looks completely unhappy that they have to start working to prepare food, so its a very awkward feeling. Some leadership change might improve their situation.
Hours are not solid every time I go to order from them they close early, and it’s not the first time. It’s the 4th time now.

Not bad. My chicken was super dry, seemed over cooked, but good flavor. They walked all the way to our table to tell us our food was waiting at the front, and we had to walk up and get it. No biggy but no sense walking over to tell us and not bring it. Tables weren’t very clean for how dead it was at 330. Price was ok. Worth trying
