I ordered both a cold and a hot sandwich. The cold one was made and paid for quickly, but they didn’t even start cooking the hot sandwich until after that. I ended up waiting around for 10 minutes even though no one else was in the store when I arrived. It felt like the staff was more focused on prepping for the rush than taking care of the customers who were actually there.
Once the dinner rush hit, the place got busy and suddenly everyone was scrambling. Other hot sandwiches that were ordered after mine were served before me. When I finally got my Big Kahuna, I noticed right away it was lacking onions and mushrooms. I mentioned it, and the employee literally rifled through my sandwich with his bare hands to point out a single onion, saying it was all “mixed in.” Honestly, there weren’t enough onions or mushrooms to even justify listing them as ingredients.
This isn’t the first time, either - six times out of ten when I ask for “no peppers but everything else,” I get nothing but meat and cheese on a $20 sandwich. When I got home, I picked through the sandwich more carefully and confirmed: barely any mushrooms, onions, or jalapeños.
A sandwich should be balanced with all the ingredients in every bite. Instead, this one was thin at the ends with no toppings or cheese spread throughout. Why bother advertising mushrooms, onions, and jalapeños if they’re barely there? I want a consistent sandwich, not just meat and cheese with the occasional veggie every third or fourth bite.
I’m really disappointed - Jersey Mike’s has let me down too many times.

I live right next to the Greeley location, but always come to this Jersey Mike’s instead! This location is always so good about allergy friendliness. The staff, especially Kalia, is super on top of it, the subs are always fresh. I was so excited to find out about Double Points Day today. Definitely my go-to Jersey Mike's!

I love this store so much. They staff is wonderful and so welcoming, top tier customer service!!! They do such a good job making my food every single time and the store is very clean at all times. I sat down and ate and as soon as a couple sitting near me left, they IMMEDIATELY cleaned off the table to keep the atmosphere clean. Hands down, the best location I have been to.
