The facility has plenty of employees on staff and the cleanliness behind the counter and where they make sandwiches is despicable. There is days long layers of bread crumbs, lettuce and protective used blue gloves covering the floor. Very unappetizing after a person just ordered. I asked to talk to the person in charge in staff and she could have given a rats tail that I was bringing this to their attention. I will never go back to this location as I fear for the safety of the food served there and their cleanliness is unacceptable. Such a shame but this is what happens when Private Equity buys successful businesses.

I snuck into the Johnstown Jersey Mike's right as they were closing up and they were so cool about putting up with my insanity. Matt, Isabelle, Sky, and Emma did a great job at the end of a long, rough day and gave the kind of above-and-beyond service that you don't dare to hope for anymore.

Placed an online order with special request, I received completely wrong order. The manager Matt was wonderful and had my order remade only for them to get it wrong AGAIN. My order was refunded but it was super frustrating that they couldn’t get the order right.

Their associate Allison was super friendly and kind, they were about to close and she assured us it was okay to come in and eat our food at the store even after their closing time. She openly assured us it was okay and made dining here while traveling super friendly. Hopefully management sees this and gives her the props she deserves!

We went to Jersey Mikes sept 21 at 245pm I asked the gentleman that was cutting the meat's how his day was and he ignored me and he seemed very upset and not wanting to be there today. My son Who is 11 years old noticed that the gentleman that was cutting?The meat was very angry and not nice. The food is always great at Jersey.Mike's I just wish the customer service was great. The only hello and conversation was from Wyatt. Thank you , wyatt for talking to my son and talking to him about his shirt and saying hello , to us and recognizing we were your customers today.
