Omg their food is not sloppy like Greeley's they make their double cheeseburgers very cheesy and well cooked. Good service and the people are so nice.

Went for milkshakes with my boyfriend, waited about 15 minutes in the drive thru to be given melted shakes. I asked for it to be remade and they refused and closed the window on us. Will never frequent this place again. Very rude staff. We asked ahead of time if the ice cream machine was running and they said yes. So either they lied or let it melt while we waited. Bad employees, do not waste your time or money.

Where are my pickles!? I ordered 6 double cheeseburgers with no onions, received them with onions, but no pickles. They were very nice and made 6 more. These did not have onions or pickles. Once is a mistake. Twice is just irresponsible.

Im so sorry but this McDonald's is absolutely not run properly and it sucks because you are the only one in johnstown. The staff has no care in the world, doesn't pay attention to orders and doesn't even know how to ring orders in. I feel even worse for the manager on duty tonight (7/17/25) Leo because he was busting his butt for his workers and all their mistakes, he was respectful and fixed things as it kept coming to him as there were continuous mistakes just in the time I was there and a lot of unhappy customers. He not only needs a raise but a staff who is better trained and honestly deserves to find a better well ran job.
This McDonald's needs to better train their staff and really work hard on better work ethic and structure of how things should be ran and actually caring about what they are doing. Because its not fair to the managers who have to take the heat CONSTANTLY because of poor training and lack of structure of their employees
And this isn't our first bad experience, 2 just this week happened to us and 3 other bad experiences in the past.
The owner needs to step up and take control of their McDonald's and fix it and make it better and actually care. It's sad. Your McDonald's is making johnstown look bad.

This location had really gone downhill over the past several years but has slowly been making a comeback. The food was prepared well and didn't appear to be sloppily put together and it tastes as McDonalds food should taste like.

The worst McDonalds I have ever been to. The management there has no control over their employees. Employees mingling with all the students and hanging around with them in the bathroom vaping. Then we get our order home, and of course, it's our fault for not checking it before we leave, but they forgot one of our 20 peice nuggets. This store is pure chaos.

I placed a mobile order for a hotcakes meal and my hot cakes were missing. I tried to call the store because the app said that I had to do for missing items and I never once caught to a person. It just beeps the entire time and that’s after calling for five times Hopefully they’ll be able to respond here to fix the situation.
