If you want to feel rushed and like your inconveniencing the staff for wanting to eat here, then this is your place.
Came in asked for a name, they got the name wrong I told them wrong. They Didn’t care when I corrected them. They wouldn’t allow us to work our way down the toppings lane, instead they expected us to know what toppings we wanted off the top of our heads at the beginning.
Then we stood at the register for 6 minutes without even an acknowledgement that they would be there soon to check us out. Instead we just waited standing there.
Never will I be back.

Sweetest staff ever! They were super considerate about my dietary restrictions. Great pizzas too.
Dietary restrictions: I’m a vegetarian so I requested a change of gloves while making the pizza. They even offered to use a new cutter to slice the pizza to reduce cross contamination.

Great place. This store has amazing customer service. I wish I remembered the person helping me. He was informed, kind, and patient with my my GF and 2 Littles. He treated my Padawan and her friend with respect about their pizza order. He not only helped place order but rang us out to. If this store is a showing of how other stores are I will be coming back.

One of our favorite stops when we travel to Loveland. Always a perfect experience. Large patio seating, never a wait on tables. Fully staffed, clean. Tristan pizza and the Pear Iced tea is my favorite. And FAST!
Kid-friendliness: Pizza and kids go 1 and 1. Great space on the patio for pizza parties.
One of the nastiest Mods I've ever been too and I've been to a lot in different states. The workers seem unhygienic grabbing their earphones out of their ears and putting their hands in their pocket before touching my food, I asked for light cheese but they didn't stop and piled it on, different peoples toppings were on my food and my pizza wasnt even cut through or correctly with a giant slice almost the size of half the entire pizza and on top of all that I found a few hairs melted into the cheese. Seriously needs work!

Never ate here and ordered carry out. The food was delish, and the only reason I didn't give 5 ⭐ is because I asked for no mushrooms. Guess what was on the pizza? Will definitely eat here/carry out again!

I am in my office in Johnstown on Tuesdays and I love going to this Mod Pizza location. They are always so nice, fast, and friendly. Great service 100% of the time and my order has always been ready when the confirmation says it will be. The price point is great and I have half for lunch and half for dinner all for like $10. Thank you!
