Today I’ll agree I was human and I made a mistake and sent my food order to the wrong restaurant which so happen to be 30 mins away from my home. I’ll have to admit it really irritated me but the good employees and manager on site went above and beyond to accommodate my mistake ! Not only did they remake our order they had us leaving with smiles on our face and we even ended up ordering more food ! I’d like to turn the spotlight on Aiden with a beard and Aiden without one that’s what they went by which put some humor into it and it really lighten up my mood wasn’t even mad I had to drive that way anymore ! Definitely will be coming to this location more often! Keep up the good work guys!

Normally love Qdoba and my family and I frequent here. Ordered through DoorDash tonight as we have a newborn at home and didn’t want leave the house. When I received my order half of it was wrong. The queso to go with my chips was filled up only halfway which sucks as that’s not cheap. My burrito bowl was then missing the queso I had ordered on it and instead of roasted tomato salsa, it had pico which I absolutely hate. Super disappointed with the quality of our meal tonight.

I haven’t gotten my email survey yet, so I’ll submit it here. This Qdoba is always so above and beyond with their service. And I mean that. There’s this specific guy (I’m too nervous to pay attention to name tags lol) who has tattoos on his arms and a beard, seems like a manager; he is the absolute best, man. He is always super quick, super kind, super professional, super patient, just super. And another guy who looks pretty young (I really need to start paying attention lol), who is the same. This Qdoba is my go-to location, and they’ve never once disappointed me with ANYTHING. This is the Qdoba I recommend to everyone! Love this place!Vegetarian options: You can make it your way, any way you want!Dietary restrictions: There’s a way for every diet to eat here!Parking: I don’t know super specifics, but there’s typically always convenient parking at this location!

Whoever the girl was in there today around 2 pm was rude because we were trying to sort out an order over the phone and explain to our little one about the menu while they were helping the people in front of us. Believe the comment was “are you guys even gonna come order” and then got very rude when trying to order. Check the attitude. Dont like working in customer service then, i don’t know…quit?
