I came to this starbucks recently and when I was waiting to be helped, I noticed one of the workers talking to her coworker and I couldn’t get past the way she was speaking to her. It was just blatantly rude. Also, I asked for a drink with cold foam and they forgot the cold foam. I think her name was lina? I tried to approach her about the problem, but was dismissed. Weird. I’m not coming back.

Easily the slowest Starbucks in the area, even when there isn't a line. Also getting your drink made properly seems to be pretty random.

My daughter and I went in. The Barista we spoke with was so nice and very helpful.

It wasn't hot inside and even though busy, we found seats. We had an egg and spinach thing and a drink.

I just had a carmel machiato with almond milk and sweet cold foam and the service was amazing plus that was one of the best drinks I've had at Starbucks but I got to say this one was probably the best one they did such a great job thank you!!!!

Ordered a Venti pike place with caramel drizzle. No drizzle and the coffee tasted like Don Quixote's donkey took a Wizz over the coffee beans in the field ... Weird ! Definitely not 😋 . Maybe clean the brewing machine 🤔 or something. I drive a truck 🚚 coast to coast, and I have never had this experience at Starbucks. I was inside for the order and noticed no drizzle when at the sugar/cream table. Got the drizzle situation fixed and left . Didn't taste coffee until I left and was back on Hwy . So , I was left with some seriously strange tasting coffee. 😳. I do realize that the event is unusual, so I think it's due to the machine needing to be cleaned. Who knows 🤷‍♂️.

I ordered the Yukon blend organic coffee. Took forever for it to brew up. Would have been worth it, had it been good. It was the worst coffee I've ever ordered anywhere!

Long line and dropped my money and expected me to pay more. Then said because I was “short” a few cents I can have it for free? How about I paid and you should give it to paying customers!!!

Drive thru service is the rudest I've ever experienced, I didn't catch her name it was a larger girl that came to the window it was on 9/28 at 10:15am when I placed my order she couldn't get the order right to start with, then proceeded to tell me I couldn't smoke in my own car while going through her drive thru if I was blowing the smoke in her face I could understand the comment but I wasn't the cigarette was in the passenger side of the vehicle, she then totally took control of the card reader and I have no idea on what options she pushed need to now check my bank statement to make sure she didnt charge me an arm and a leg for two coffees will never go to this Starbucks again! Save your money there's a ziggy coffee around the corner

I wish I could them 0 star. My wife and I come to enjoy a drink. So we spend $18.45 to wait for 20 minutes for the 1st drink when the 2nd drink was 10 minutes later,because the 2 girls had figure out a printer. There was no customers except us. Now I know why. When we make a complaint on how long we have to wait,the girls look at each other and roll there eyes. Unacceptable. We'll have to support Ziggi's I guess that's across the street.
