We live near this location. We drive 25 minutes to a different location in a different town when we want taco bell. This location is THAT bad. The negative reviews are well deserved. Go elsewhere.

It's always a crap shoot when you come here what you will get
It would be convenient to have an accurate conversation with the cashier while ordering. Needless to say, the loud explicit music provided by the employee’s gets in the way. Personally, I’ve had my food messed up at this location in Johnstown multiple times. The attitude received by Nick towards customers is unprofessional, and him blaming customers for his failed communications is unprofessional. A simple fix would be to review the order with the customer before dipping out to the back to go mess around. -10/10 recommendation.
I freaking love Taco Bell and am often disappointed by the taco bell by my house always getting my order wrong. This Taco Bell is Amazing!!!! The people are always super friendly, service is way fast and my order is always correct! Best Taco bell hands down!

This tacobell is the worst I've ate at!!!! This is the 2nd time we've come and they always get are order wrong, the chicken nuggets were burnt crisp(we had to throw them away) plus my husband had to drive back out to pick up the order they forgot. This is ridiculous. They have to many young kids working there with bad management! They need to shut this place down, or completely get a new crew or get the health department to go and send a secret shopper to investigate how they prep and deliver food.

The last 2 times I went to this store for food their service has been atrocious. I ordered my food online and about 15 mins later I’m at the store and they haven’t started making my food, I waited in the drive thru for about 35-40 mins just for a my food to be made. Then this most recent which was today 12-22-24 I asked for the deluxe meal they didn’t put that in they put the combo meal which has less food with it. I told the lady in the drive thru and she said what do you want me to do about it. My suggestion would to be go to a different Taco Bell where you will most likely get your order right and actual good customer service

This location in my opinion has been struggling. The drive thru orders are often wrong or something is forgotten.
The food appears to be "thrown" together without care and the chances of getting a hard shell taco without the shell being broken is about 7%.
