Manager was very RUDE!!!! I can in to order 6 footlongs yes with out a coupon!! And he acted like I was taking time away from him having a smoke break! He was verbally, being disrespectful. I do want to file a complaint about this manager.

I am a regular customer. Got a side of the chipotle sauce and the manager had the nerve to ask me. What do you do with that sauce? How totally rude comment. Not very professional from a manager not to mention the toaster oven has been broken for over two months. It’s very sad that a business cannot fix items that need to be fixed to make it a profitable business. Oh well it’s gonna be your loss in the long run.

Fix your toaster oven. It's been broken for over a month. Who wants a cold BLT? Pretty sure per subways policy you need to heat the bacon before it can go on a sandwich. Pretty piss poor you can't get your stuff fixed. PATHETIC

The guy who answered the phone just HUNG UP ON ME TWICE, when I called back the 3rd time he said I know “I hung up on you-you didn’t speak fast enough” -I said, Whatever, I just need to place my order and he said, I am not taking any orders over the phone right now the line is to the door” and hung up on me. I tried placing my order online and the site said “Access Denied”. This is the worst service I’ve ever received ever at a Subway. I won’t eat there if I’m starving. What kind of employee hangs up on customers 3x in a row and then refuses to take their order? You’d be better off paying him to leave

I eat here often. The place is always clean and the staff are always friendly. One time they even called me after I ordered on the app to lmk that they didn't have a certain bread and see what I wanted instead BEFORE I got there. Very thoughtful.

We went into that Subway and ordered 4 sandwiches, both gentlemen working were nice but my red flag was both of the had longer hair. My family and I came home to eat our sandwiches and we found multiple long hairs in our sandwiches ???. Overall I have been to this subway a few times and have had a horrible experience each time.

1 person to handle the lunch rush well 1 person took care of online orders made the longest wait for a sandwich ive ever experienced. That is not enough crew members for a lunch rush. You brought in pretzels but all you have to go with it is honey mustard. This is America not Africa slavery is illegal and having options is the norm.
