I've been going to the Dog Bar since my parents moved to Waldenburg back in around 2010. I could spend all afternoon, sipping beer or whiskey while breathing the fresh mountain air, listening to the river in the background.
Food was fantastic. Server recommended the sloppy burger, and I was very happy she did. Their green chile is worth the stop alone. We did have a lengthy wait but they were up front about this and actually got to us more quickly than expected. Worth the stop and will return again soon.!
Great stop on the highway of legends. Grab a beer and a burger and enjoy the clean air and old Town charm.
