Waited four days for Lokal Perks to open. My family enjoyed coffee, breakfast sandwich and cinnamon bun. Staff was very accommodating to our unique order. Only open Friday through Sunday. We plan to visit this excellent shop regularly when we are in the area.

We went in on a busy work day. We had the best iced coffee on a hot summer day. Staff were very friendly. Nice to have somewhere with friendly staff and great coffee!

Went in for breakfast and an OJ after a long weekend of hosting a trail race down the road. I will say that the place was VERY busy on this particular Sunday Morning, and the staff was teetering on ending up in the weeds. There was a longish line, many orders, and it would have been easy for them to find themselves under water. The entire staff kept their poise and served each customer with a smile. I could tell it was family owned and operated, they care, and they smiled. The breakfast burrito was pretty dang good. Hot, delicious, filling. I don’t drink coffee, always opting for OJ.. I didn’t expect to get a cup of freshly squeezed juice that I can honestly say is only rivaled by OJ I’ve drank in other countries (Europe). Give this place a try. Totally worth it and Cuchara is lucky to have them.

The new owners are fantastic! Jordan, Grant and Doug have really turned the place around. The rooms are spacious, clean and large!! There are some newly remodeled rooms which have a modern spa feel. I am traveling with a friend to her cabin in Cuchara, and we had some significant issues. Kathy, at the front desk, was wonderful. She made us feel welcomed and had plenty of suggestions for entertainment and people to call to help us.

What a great place to stay! We drove to Cuchara, CO this week to stay at our cabin and ended up having busted water pipes and toilet. We ended up at Cuchara Lokal Inn for the night. Kathy at the front was such a sweetheart and helped us get a room, water and Wi-Fi! This place has new owners and they have put a lot of effort and love into the Inn and it shows! Good job Grant, Jordan and Doug!
