I was really surprised to find this great little Italian joint off the beaten path. Amazing food, super friendly staff, prices were perfect. I live in metro Denver, and will likely go back to La Veta in the future, just to eat here.

Do yourself a favor and grab a meal here. While I’m just passing through, I would go here again and again if I was local. It might be the best eggplant Parmesan I’ve ever had. I just did take out, but the staff also seemed super kind!

Stumbled across Stiano last night, what a find. Daisha, the chef and owner are as friendly as the come. The food and recipes are amazing. I will be there again before I depart the area over the weekend. Killer bar and outdoor area as well. I cannot recommend this place enough !

Absolutely delicious gem of a place located inside the historic La Veta Inn. My friends and I were passing through town, and had dinner here. It was affordable, and the food was inventive, delicious and certainly better than the run-of - the-mill "upscale" Italian chains that invade the city. Our server was knowledgeable about the dishes, and was quick to point out the seasonal features in the menu and recommend wines. I can't wait to come back next time ai'm in the area. Literally the best eggplant Parmesan I've ever had with a seriously brilliant romanesco sauce. You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful ambiance, attentive and kind staff, killer food. We eat in La Veta 8 to 10 times a year while camping (going on about 9 years in a row now) and the options are limited. I can honestly say it was the best meal our family of 5 has had yet. We tried 4 appetizers, the lamb, the Ckn parm, and kids all had spaghetti. All of it was dynamite, we had to take 3/4 of it home, and it was probably $150 less than it would have been back in Colorado Springs. Yes please, every time.
