Fun Fact: Family owned and operated DEKĪ Spirits in Lafayette exists in a space completely repurposed by the family's own hands. Taking distillery tours never gets old for me and I absolutely loved the history of this spot as told by Scott, the patriarch of this family endeavor. This distillery stands out from others, as they focus on bringing flavor filled vodkas and gin using grain from a local farmer (who then takes the spent grain and feeds it to his livestock, closing the loop on waste). Their cocktail game is top-notch, and I enjoyed the Bourbon and Black (bourbon, coffee liqueur, espresso, cane syrup, and half & half).

We love not going far for a good breakfast and DeliCious Z's is the best. Great selection of well cooked and baked items... my fave is the chicken fried chicken and gravy breakfast with eggs, potatoes and pancakes. The service is top shelf and friendly. Highly recommended!

No matter who is behind the bar, they bring personality, humor, and kind service to everyone who walks through their door. Do yourself a favor and try Lafayette's local distillery. It's awesome.

Amazing experience at DEKI. Got to speak with David, the owner, who spent time explaining the whole story of DEKI. All the liquors we tried were incredible and very reasonably priced compared to similar places in the Boulder area. 10/10 recommend and will drive all the way back to Lafayette to come back for the seasonal releases.

A great local distillery. Very comfortable setting, nice bar, a good view of the production facility. Easy parking right outside the front door which isn't the case with other spots along Public Road. The list of spirits and cocktails available is quite lengthy- not always the case with other distillerys. And many cocktails are under $10, which is very refreshing to see!
