Cute place, but I get severe stomach pain whenever I eat their acai bowls. I had to drive home with my hazards lights on because I thought I was going to be sick. Beverages are fine.

We have been customers for a year, and recently we’ve had horrible experiences. We went in today, ordered multiple items including an açaí bowl, which was not frozen at all. It was a melted açaí soup. We were treated by the young girls with horrible attitudes as we asked for extra ice in a large cup with my boyfriend’s drink, which I had already iterated to them. We’ve spent so much money on their overpriced items and everytime we’ve gone in of late, there’s been a complete lack of customer service awareness. I’m not a complainer, we have had multiple bad experiences there recently. we don’t spend money out very often and we won’t be going back.

Delicious latte & nice atmosphere! 💕

A busy spot, but customer service is great! I got the chicken salad and an iced mocha coffee..It was delicious! Definitely will come back for a quick lunch. It also has a vintage shop next to it that has some pretty cool things in it while you wait. Also, our drinks were given to us as we sat, I thought that was a nice added touch.

Ordered two LoLos, sat and waiting for about 20 minutes. Finally decided to go ask someone at the front if out bowls were almost done, the girl behind the counter says “oh sorry we gave those to someone else by accident and those were the last ones” and didn’t even receive full refund or anything till I asked for my receipt back. Very unprofessional. Didn’t even hear out names get called and we were right by the counter.

Nice cafe; coffee and food is good. Seems a lot more empty recently with them locking down the wifi to the most basic websites and blocking vpns, etc. I get not wanting people to loiter all day and not buy something. Unfortunately it does alienate those who come in buy multiple food/drink items + tip, and get some work done.
I think there’s some other solutions you could have taken to address this, but I won’t be coming here anymore. I’d be willing to bet this will impact your business.

Amazing! I just went to Brew for the first time today and ordered online. I messed up my order and ordered hot instead of iced. I asked the barista if I can just add the hot latte to some ice. She was soooo nice and said it probably wouldn’t taste great and insisted on making an iced one for me even though I’m the one who messed up. She wouldn’t let me go without an iced one! Thank you for your generosity even though it was my mistake!!! You have my business! Also, super great coffee!!!!

they have great coffee and great hand pies the place is a great place to hang out with board and card games to play

We visited BREW again today and enjoyed some of the seasonal specials! The chocolate covered strawberries latte was excellent as well as the pistachio and white mocha iced latte! They warmed some burritos up for us and a scone (frosted orange). Always great service here! The chocolate covered strawberry latte was made half sweet which was wonderful for us! Glad we returned here!
