A busy spot, but customer service is great! I got the chicken salad and an iced mocha coffee..It was delicious! Definitely will come back for a quick lunch. It also has a vintage shop next to it that has some pretty cool things in it while you wait. Also, our drinks were given to us as we sat, I thought that was a nice added touch.

Nice cafe; coffee and food is good. Seems a lot more empty recently with them locking down the wifi to the most basic websites and blocking vpns, etc. I get not wanting people to loiter all day and not buy something. Unfortunately it does alienate those who come in buy multiple food/drink items + tip, and get some work done.
I think there’s some other solutions you could have taken to address this, but I won’t be coming here anymore. I’d be willing to bet this...

Amazing! I just went to Brew for the first time today and ordered online. I messed up my order and ordered hot instead of iced. I asked the barista if I can just add the hot latte to some ice. She was soooo nice and said it probably wouldn’t taste great and insisted on making an iced one for me even though I’m the one who messed up. She wouldn’t let me go without an iced one!
