Love the food here but the customer service is been lack luster as of late!

They are wonderful, supportive members of the community and known for being great employers. I really want to like them. But every time I go, something goes wrong. They cook something incorrectly, they leave out parts of my order, they box the wrong thing, etc. I haven’t had one visit without some kind of mistake. And they lean slightly expensive, which makes it harder to forgive repeated issues. But I’ll keep trying because they really are a great business.

Hit and miss. The fresh food is decent, some of the baked goods are bad, if you're looking for good versions of bakery staples prepare to be disappointed. I was served a truly disgusting glutenous gunk filled stale almond croissant that has made me question ever eating their stuff again. It was weird; like they'd never eaten almond paste or looked up a recipe and thought that cornflour paste was the same thing. Don't believe the hype.

A great option for some solid food in this location, which has been a problem for previous tenants. They do great for breakfast with some excellent large burritos, somewhat expensive, but nice fillings including the potato latke -makes it quite different and tasty. Coffee shop right next door.
A very extensive lunch menu. Good burgers, salads and sandwiches. And don't forget, if you ask for a receipt you can take that over to Sanitas brewery close-by, and get a free beer.

We just had this place and It was great. we just ordered some cookies and jelly doughnuts. I like that they simply
just dusted it with sugar, keeping the sweetness level right and not like the sugar dump commercial donuts are like. Also, if you arrive late in the day, I think like 5:15 or later, they'll give you half off on the prices

So happy to find gluten free treats. I tried the sticky buns and cinnamon rolls. Both were incredible!

Visited for the first time and I have very mixed feelings.
Ordered a bagel and lox for myself and a kids pb&j for my son. I asked for a cup for water and a milk for my son. The water from their fountain tasted awful- like it was tainted with something. Pretty much undrinkable. I told the person at the counter and she just said “OK”.
My son’s little horizon milk was $4.50. Seems like a lot when that’s the same price as their cupcakes. I would’ve preferred something more reasonable for my kiddo. As we often visit bakeries on the weekends for a sweet treat.
Our food was okay. I wish the bagel was a full bagel and not a thin one. The fries were great. On our way out we did get a pumpkin treat that was tasty.
One last note: the trash can was overflowing by our table. So that aspect combined with the gross drinking water just took things down a notch for me.

I love this bakery! The food is delicious but, the best part is the staff. There's nothing I love more than entering an establishment where you can immediately tell the owners care about inclusion. We are in a new era and, I am thrilled anytime I see employees with colorful hair, piercings, and tattoos. I love a company that cares about individuality.

Button Rock baked the cake and other desserts for our wedding and they were PHENOMENAL! The wedding cake was one of the best cakes I've ever had. Usually a wedding cake either looks good or tastes good, but this one was a 10/10 in both categories. I also appreciated that they had a vegan and gluten-free brownie option. Communication was clear, and the baker understood exactly what we were going for and pulled it off better than we could've imagined!

The cupcakes are so good that a thief literally broke in to steal a tray of cupcakes. He didn't take money or anything else. Just cupcakes. I want to try the type that he took.

Button Rock Bakery made my wedding cake for me. My wedding was on 11/24/23, I know it’s been a long time since then but I have been so mad and upset about it I am finally getting around to doing the review. They made a beautiful cake, however when the cake arrived I was told by my wedding planner that whoever brought the cake would not put it on the stand that I had provided. She said that Button Rock Bakery was afraid it would fall apart. I’m sorry but if you are a professional bakery you should not be making cakes that are “maybe” going to fall apart while putting them on a stand. After, going out and looking at the cake it did have some cracking to it and it was uneven which made me even more mad. I paid a lot of money for a cake that was cracked. I wanted to talk to the person from Button Rock Bakery but they were no where to be found. They dropped the cake off and bounced. I was so mad I was going to put it the stand myself. My amazing dad and father in law put the cake on the stand for me and it survived. Button Rock Bakery literally ruined my day and made me stressed out before the ceremony. I went with them because they were a little cheaper compared to others but that was the wrong choice. Do not recommend at all spend more money and go with someone else if you are looking for a wedding cake.
