Very rude Hispanic woman behind counter. Extremely simply on cheese on beef tacos; so I asked for more.
She put a little bit dab more on and a 2nd big pile of lettuce on tacos. She said here's your cheese tacos.

It was a great place to take family and grandchildren for dinner after playing mini golf in the dark. Love the food and it was a very clean efficient happy place

I would avoid this location. The protein portions are very small and they are often out of things like chicken or steak. They are always out of white rice which is really baffling since it is one of the cheapest ingredients. Whoever is in charge of their projections probably needs some additional training in how to properly manage preparation with anticipated demand.

I am done eating at this location. More than half the time the meat is dry or burned. The portions are much smaller than any other Chipotle I have eaten at. Just paid over 17 dollars for brisket burrito and what little brisket it had was like burnt beef jerky. No reason to go here for a burrito when right down the street at Tacos Ay Ay Ay I can get a larger burrito with fresh ingredients for much cheaper.

I usually love Chipotle, but our visit at this location was just ok. My wife and I both had the new brisket bowl, but we got the bottom of the barrel. The worker had the scrape and scrape to try to get 2 servings out of it. Neither one of us got a whole serving. At over $13 per bowl, I think we should have gotten a full (fresh) serving. I do take some responsibility for not saying something. I'll have to try a different Chipotle next time .

Can the workers not read?? Last couple times i’ve order it’s my name on the bag, but all the items are wrong with labels of completely different names on the food! They also refuse to answer phones and say to contact the delivery company to fix it when they can’t cause it was the chipotle employees who package it wrong. Used to love this location, but it’s turned into an absolutely disgusting place with horrible service.

The literal worst chipotle ever. This is the fourth time they have messed up my order. I ordered a quesadilla kids meal and they didn’t provide the quesadillas. The workers here don’t care and provide horrific customer service. It’s the fact that this continuously happens and they don’t seem to do anything about it. Y temanecue!!!!!

It could have been good if they hadn't skipped putting cheese in both of our burritos and had actually mixed the ingredients. All of the guacamole was stacked on one side of the burrito and all of the beans were on the other side. They definitely mess up online orders

Definitely on the lower end of Chipotle restaurants. Consistently not up to par with other locations on many fronts, such as portions, meat warmth, stale and/or salty chips, among other things. I definitely prefer the ones in Boulder.

If I can give 0 stars, I would. Placed an online order for 2 bowls. Picked up and got home to realize that multiple items are missing on both bowls. No salsa, no rice, incorrect meats, and not even a full bowl.
