Chipotle Mexican Grill

Half the time I order here I literally get half sized portions. I usually order double meat and a lot of the time I get a portion smaller than single meat.

I ate here last night and got the worst food posining of my entire life I threw up for 12 hours and was pooping blood. chipotle im coming for you. I have never been so sick before.

Continuously gets our order wrong. We will order a children’s cheese quesadilla and they forget the cheese! Consistently making mistakes and not helpful when we call! We are seeing this among all chipotle stores. Service is awful!!

Gave extremely small portions. My bowl wasn't even half full. Hygiene practices are also questionable. Worker touched the trash can, broom, and fridge with gloves on and did not change gloves before continuing to make the person in front of me's food. Back of house was visibly messy and it looks like the location is being minimally staffed and they can't keep up with everything.

Love chipotle but this location is never prepared for dinner rush. Every time we come here they are out of steak. It’s usually dirty too.

My wife placed an online order through the app to this location to pick up for lunch. When she got here, she was told that their online system was down and there was nothing the store could do. Ehen trying to request a refund through the app, was told there was no evidence that their system was down. So the workers here are either liars, thieves, or both, seeing as she never got her food and we still paid for it. Ridiculous customer service for a medical worker on their lunch break. Would not give them your money, it's not even guaranteed you'll even get any food.

Not sure what has changed recently out this location, but I've had two pretty miserable burritos in a row now. I buy two each month and both this month sucked.

The chicken recipe changed for the worse, and raw green bell peppers does not count for fajita veggies. Literally just massive chunks of raw pepper and nothing else.

Maybe they have new chefs on the line I dunno.

Best crew working tonight on January 9th. Shout out to the dude with the goatee and the dude with the earrings, speedy as a demon and gave best service I've ever recieved. Compliments- give these guys a raise ASAP!!!!!

I love Chipotle but this location cannot seem to figure out how to make a to go order. You pay all this extra money for guacamole and queso and than they never actually add it to your order. This is the 3rd time this has happened now and it's ridiculous. It seems easy enough to read a to go order but apparently not. This last time they also forgot the mixed veggies and lettuce.... insane.

Went in and got a burrito. They barely put any cheese on it. Asked for a little more and the woman sighs loudly and rolls her eyes as she adds a finger pinch of cheese. Asked for a little more and you would think her entire paycheck is based on the quantity of cheese she allows customers to have.

Got 2 burritos and chips/guac. Large chips had less chips than a regular bag normally has. Guac was an off shade of brown. Burritos were about the size of a taco and one had a huge hair in it. Needless to say, they haven't improved one bit.

Went in to get a quesadilla and burrito. Got home with the food and noticed hairs in our sour cream. The guac had zero seasoning. Paid cash so of course no reimbursement unless we do the leg work and drive in and get it ourselves.
