This Chipotle is amazing! The staff is always so kind and friendly, and they recently hosted a fundraiser for our school, Alicia Sanchez Elementary. A big group of us (with lots of kids!) showed up all at once, and they handled everything with so much patience and genuine smiles. We felt truly welcomed and supported. Thank you for being such great partners to our community!

This chipotle has become a joke. The customer service is not there. The atmosphere is definitely not there. The portions are nowhere. You asked for extra rice or extra beans and they barely pour any portions and when they do, I physically seen them taken out of my plane and put it back in the pot Fully unsanitary. Service was nowhere, giving me attitude as well

Absolute garbage customer service from their team, mainly the online order counter.
The girl and boy working asked the name on my order multiple times, and told me it would be an additional 10 minutes (I’d been waiting for 8 minutes at this point).
22 minutes had elapsed as I’m literally staring at them, waiting for my order.
I finally go up and ask for the third time what the ETA on my order was, and they acted like they had no recollection of our prior encounters. They just put my order on the rack without informing me.
I figured something was up as they kept looking and smirking at me, laughing between the two because I was unaware my order was ready.
They were finding it hilarious that they didn’t tell me, and were seeing how long it took me to notice.
Absolute childish behavior. 11/12/25 around 5:30PM

Always good and consistent.

I was just in and I don’t think I have ever had somebody try less hard while preparing my food. Made an absolute mess of my tacos and they came out soggy and basically in a state where a fork would have better served me for eating them. I have been to a lot of chipotles - regularly for like 16 years - and this is the eorst I have come across ever.

We went into this Chipotle on Saturday evening.When we walked in absolutely filthy, the floors were dirty.The tables were there the as we walked up to the counter.The food in front of us was try and an absolute mess.What's even worse. The kitchen was dirty.That was food everywhere, very disappointed.Usually the Chipotle are clean that's why we go in there.But this one was very, very dirty.We turned around and walked out. I would be afraid of the health department if I was the manager.

Extremely disrespectful employees here. Went in on Saturday night with my woman and they were rude from the start just because we we're ordering food and not to mention overcharged as well.
