I really dig the atmosphere at this place! The pizza was really good and fresh. We ordered pepperoni by the slice! Looking forward to trying more of their pizza slices. The staff wasn't super friendly as well.

The chick with red hair and glasses really irritated me and didn’t get a tip because of the lack of sense she contained. I asked for a slice of pepperoni pizza with nacho cheese on the side and she said there is cheese in the pizza acting like I’m the confused one then after my boyfriend got his order I said you got my nacho cheese right and she said you can get ranch or nacho cheese then when my order comes out this women charged me for a cheeese pizza and added that in even though I didn’t ask for that maybe repeat the order back to me and make sure that’s what I asked for cause this women didn’t even give me a receipt for confirmation never been irritated from the lack of understanding from a person in the service industry and I work in service won’t be back for a while

The pizza we ordered was ok, we added extra things and they just threw it in the middle, it looked like a mess! The bread sticks were cold and I ordered regular cheese, got the spicy and they forgot the ranch. Told them the Cherry Coke was out and the girl did nothing to fix it, just stood and talked to her co worker. When I complained about the pizza, the guy said we serve over 40,000 people everyday. What happened to quality over quantity?!!

I came in today and was not greeted until I stood at the counter for over a minute. A young blonde woman came to take my order, grabbed my slices, tossed them in the oven and gave ABSOLUTE disrespect to her trainee because she couldn't find the Jalepeno button. I waited for my pizza while I watched Zack (the manager of all people), the young blonde lady, and another young gentleman chat as people were waiting for their orders. At that point the only person working was the trainee being told to fold boxes. I worked in the highlands as well as Boulder and have ALWAYS loved Cosmos! I'm not the type to leave a review, but this location disappointed me beyond belief. I only have one recommendation, a real manager should try to come in to see what your lunch service actually looks like. I will continue to go to Cosmos because the food, no longer for the service.

This is the 3rd time I've ordered from Cosmos to Good Samaritan Hospital. The first 2 times we ordered, I asked to me called upon arrival. They never called and our pizza stayed at the security desk for over 30 mins, giving us cold pizza. Also, dessert was missing and I was told they would deliver it and they never did nor did they refund like they were supposed to. This last time, the delivery guy did call upon arrival, 40 mins later than the hour estimate we received and when I met him outside he took our bent pizza box out and was missing our other pizza. He blamed the "pizza maker." I called the store to make sure we were going to get our pizza because the store was closed. We got a nice hot pizza in 15 mins. Overall, I'm very sad because when I worked at Boulder hospital we had ZERO issues.

This pizza shop not only has excellent pizza, but spectacular service. I want to give them huge thank you for making a very bad situaton (thanks to Rosati's on Courtesy Road in Louisville) a great one. My 4-year old's birthday took place and I had arranged a delivery with Rosati's. They never came and wouldn't answer their phone. I wasn't too familiar with the area, but found this Cosmo's location only a few minutes away. I explained the situation and they were able to get me three perfectly cooked large pizzas and a few slices in blazing fast time and were incredibly understanding and courteous. It's great pizza, so I'd recommend it to anyone, but the incredible level of service really makes it an all-around great shop. Thanks to all those that were working on Sunday, 12/15! Me, and about 20 toddlers (and their parents), truly appreciate you!

I always order cosmos. It’s been so off the last few deliveries. They keep forgetting my spicy ranch and the breadsticks are so different now. The crust and overall pizza is overcooked. Sad because this was my go to spot since college.
