I came in today and was not greeted until I stood at the counter for over a minute. A young blonde woman came to take my order, grabbed my slices, tossed them in the oven and gave ABSOLUTE disrespect to her trainee because she couldn't find the Jalepeno button. I waited for my pizza while I watched Zack (the manager of all people), the young blonde lady, and another young gentleman chat as people were waiting for their orders. At that point the only person working was the trainee being told to fold boxes. I worked in the highlands as well as Boulder and have ALWAYS loved Cosmos! I'm not the type to leave a review, but this location disappointed me beyond belief. I only have one recommendation, a real manager should try to come in to see what your lunch service actually looks like. I will continue to go to Cosmos because the food, no longer for the service.

This is the 3rd time I've ordered from Cosmos to Good Samaritan Hospital. The first 2 times we ordered, I asked to me called upon arrival. They never called and our pizza stayed at the security desk for over 30 mins, giving us cold pizza. Also, dessert was missing and I was told they would deliver it and they never did nor did they refund like they were supposed to. This last time, the delivery guy did call upon arrival, 40 mins later than the hour estimate we received and when I met him outside he took our bent pizza box out and was missing our other pizza. He blamed the "pizza maker." I called the store to make sure we were going to get our pizza because the store was closed. We got a nice hot pizza in 15 mins. Overall, I'm very sad because when I worked at Boulder hospital we had ZERO issues.

This pizza shop not only has excellent pizza, but spectacular service. I want to give them huge thank you for making a very bad situaton (thanks to Rosati's on Courtesy Road in Louisville) a great one. My 4-year old's birthday took place and I had arranged a delivery with Rosati's. They never came and wouldn't answer their phone. I wasn't too familiar with the area, but found this Cosmo's location only a few minutes away. I explained the situation and they were able to get me three perfectly cooked large pizzas and a few slices in blazing fast time and were incredibly understanding and courteous. It's great pizza, so I'd recommend it to anyone, but the incredible level of service really makes it an all-around great shop. Thanks to all those that were working on Sunday, 12/15! Me, and about 20 toddlers (and their parents), truly appreciate you!

I always order cosmos. It’s been so off the last few deliveries. They keep forgetting my spicy ranch and the breadsticks are so different now. The crust and overall pizza is overcooked. Sad because this was my go to spot since college.

Every year on my birthday, all I want is a pizza- usually just cheese and pepperoni. For the last six years, this order always gets messed up and I never get to have my basic, boring birthday pizza.
I had high hopes for Cosmo's. For years, I have had people tell me how good Cosmo's is. It is the best, so they say. Cosmo's makes their dough fresh and in-house, I'm lead to believe. For months, plans for my birthday have been to go to Cosmo's.
The staff were friendly. I watched my order get entered correctly, a pepperoni pizza with jalapeños on half. The atmosphere is nice, the employees seem relatively happy. Perhaps they must pretend to be, working on full display. I'm feeling pretty good about my chances.
But Cosmo's, you got my order wrong. You are the seventh disappointing birthday pizza I have had in a row. You guys were extremely busy, and I was hungry, so I wasn't going to make a fuss. I work in customer service too, and I don't want to be that person.
So, congratulations on being part of an apparently enduring tradition.
You also need to add a pinch more salt to the crust. It has a great texture, but it's a little bland.

Oh my lord. This was the very best pizza I have ever had in Colorado. The atmosphere was on point. Wait time was about 20 minutes and the servers were so friendly. I would wait an hour for this pizza. Who ever is running this place, keep on going. It was so busy and not once were our drinks empty. I don't know who the manager or owner is but these people are 20 out of 10. Thank yall for an awesome experience!!!
