This pizza shop not only has excellent pizza, but spectacular service. I want to give them huge thank you for making a very bad situaton (thanks to Rosati's on Courtesy Road in Louisville) a great one. My 4-year old's birthday took place and I had arranged a delivery with Rosati's. They never came and wouldn't answer their phone. I wasn't too familiar with the area, but found this Cosmo's location only a few minutes away. I explained the situation...
Whoever owns this place pay your employees more and stop asking me for a tip for pickup… ‘wait sign this…’ after I paid online.

The service was incredible. Roxy was very funny and kind and helped me pick out the perfect pizza as I had not been there before. The pizza was also great. Overall great experience. I will be back
