This is top tier ice cream. The flavors are excellent and the staff is very friendly.

Really good food. Staff is consisted of unfriendly teens who need to learn about how to treat guests with hospitality.

Good ice cream with fast service

My experience there was a little frustrating but I also don’t feel comfortable leaving a terrible review that will negatively impact a small business owner. However, I also don’t want people to waste their time like I did. I got to the shop at 9:05 on a Saturday, the shop closes at 9:30. The shop still had people in there eating and some waiting to order so it wasn’t “closed down for the night”. I ordered a milkshake and was told “we aren’t doing those anymore because it is too close to closing time.” Now this is where I get conflicted, I understand what it’s like to work in the service industry and maybe you’ve
cleaned your equipment for the night and don’t want to have to do it again; however, I was a paying customer on what is probably a busy night of the week and it was 25 minutes before close not 5 minutes. I left without getting anything. Maybe it would have been inconvenient to make the shake, but it was also inconvenient for me to go to the shop and leave empty handed. If the shake machine is too cumbersome to use after a certain time, maybe call that out on your menu so people don’t waste the trip.

Delicious ice cream, creative flavors but less than to be desired staff. The place had three teens working and I say working loosely because one was helping us and the others were on their phones. The vibe was very unwelcoming and bothered at helping take our order and even offended we would ask for samples. Before I could finish paying the girl helping us went right on her phone. Not a good experience at all.

Excellent little ice cream shop! The ice cream was thick and creamy with a fun selection of flavors! The employee was very helpful and pleasant! Great spot!

I was really excited to try this place. We pass it fairly often but are always in a rush. Finally we had time to stop in, and unfortunately we were pretty disappointed. The staff didnt say "welcome", didnt ask how they could help us, nothing. The ice cream was ok but the brownie "bites" seemed really old. One of the staff had shorts on that had ALOT of her buttcheeks out...and im not someone whos typically bothered by that stuff..but thats SUPER gross around food. How unwelcoming it felt totally ruined the atmosohere for us. I really wanted to like this place... but I cant. Hopefully management makes some changes. I hate to leave such a bad review but, there really wasnt a single thing during my visit that stood out in a positive way. Even if all the other stuff sucked, at least being welcomed would change the overall experience. If the hubby ever lets us go back, and something is different, ill update my review.

Amazing ice cream! Such good flavors and service is wonderful too. Everyone there is so kind. I only docked one star because they need to fix their lights— they flash and need to be replaced. Not a big deal but those flashing lights trigger migraines for me— and they did. But otherwise this is a great ice cream shop with a wide variety of awesome flavors!

What an amazing ice cream spot! The staff there are incredibly friendly and even offer samples of their delicious ice cream. I love that they allow you to experience the true flavors before making a decision. Their positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond make the experience even more enjoyable. And let's not forget about their mouthwatering flavors! This charming little place is definitely worth a visit. We couldn't resist taking some pints to go.
