I stopped by this food truck on my way home from work and could not have been more pleased. The veggie/vegan curry and samosas were among the best I have ever eaten. The curry had rich flavor and the veggies were very fresh. The samosas were incredible…light pastry, savory and cooked just right. An incredible gem right off Baseline in Lafayette. This is a great place to get Indian food. It was delicious! The cheese naan was rich, the paneer saag hit the spot, and the samosas were excellent. To make it even better, the service was friendly and great. We could order online!! Great Indian food, chicken Tikka masala is great dish for beginners. 4 tiers of heat makes it much easier to find your hot. The lamb vindaloo is super hearty and delicious.
I ordered the steal of a lunch special for 9.99 that included pakora, naan, rice, and an entree, which I ordered vegetable masala. Absolutely delicious! This is a food truck so there is limited outdoor seating, but I will definitely be coming back!
