Took a trip to Eats and Sweets last night and it was the best choice! The cutest little dessert shop in Old Town Lafayette did not disappoint! The peanut butter bar and macaron was to die for! The brownie Icecream sundae was the best with horchata icecream! The people were so friendly and nice. Prices were also so good!

The ice cream is mediocre for the price. My husband tried to order a vegan ice cream shake and the girl at the counter was rude and made it seem like there was a problem with ordering a vegan shake? We also decided to give the food a try as we have only ever ordered ice cream there and I ordered a salad and asked for no cheese and the whole thing was COVERED in cheese. They put the printed order ticket in with our food and I saw that my no cheese note was printed in bold so I’m not quite sure how they missed that but we didn’t realize until after we got home. So I sadly ended up paying for a lunch I couldn’t eat. Honestly, I would be willing to give them another chance after the order mess up because mistakes happen but it’s actually the rude girl behind the counter, we have now dealt with her on multiple occasions, that makes me never want to return.

Our food was amazing the woman working was definitely overwhelmed but handling herself appropriately. Our food was amazing. I feel bad for the only one that was working there as some kids mom was on her phone and her children threw down and were playing in a whole bunch of ice cream and the mother didn't bother to stop them that poor woman had to pick up after them and mop the floors from it . Other than that all we will definitely be returning
I had Eats & Sweets cater a lunch meeting, and they CRUSHED IT. The sandwiches were absolutely delicious, the portions were spot on, and the delivery was seamless. I will absolutely be using them to cater another event.

Amazing! Home of the banana bread ice cream sandwich! You definitely need to try this! Mine was banana bread and Sleepless in Seattle ice cream (Coffee Ice cream and some yummy crunchy add in...yum!)So I also purchased an M& M cookie. It's the perfect blend of soft and crunchy! Move over Cookie Crumble! These are awesome! This place bakes with LOVE!My only wish...more yummy crunchy goodness in the Sleepless in Seattle ice cream! Definitely a return visit in my future!

Bizarre interaction with the food truck at the craft fair when my husband had purchased us food and we had a spill where I went back to get napkins so we could appropriately clean up the spill, the person working had issue with my taking 6 (thin) napkins so I could respectfully leave the floor where we ate without a mess. Not willing to support anyone who speaks to paying customers the way he spoke to me.

Best vegan ice cream in the area it really can’t be beat! They have this amazing vegan coconut crème brûlée sometimes and it’s chefs kiss. The vegan oatmeal cookie ice cream is great and they have some really nice sorbets. They have good cookies and other sweets too some are vegan and they make other food like a veggie dog. They make regular ice cream and food too and it looks amazing ❤️❤️❤️Dietary restrictions: Vegan and gluten free

I went in after never being in before, and I was immediately turned on by the positive atmosphere. All of the employees were very friendly, and the rest of the customers in the restaurant seemed happy with their meal. I got the Italian sandwich, and a nice girl with red hair I think her name was cat made my dish and might I say it made my day. This sandwich was the most Bussin sandwich I've ever had in my entire life shout out to her. She was friendly and made conversation while I was waiting she deserves a raise! I highly recommend eating at eats and sweets 100/10 %

Got the Chicken Cordon Blue, no Swiss cheese. The chicken salad was just canned chicken and mayonnaise. Not good. Mushy and no flavor. Food was mediocre at best. Not what I would expect for chicken salad from a deli. I can get canned chicken and add mayo. Yuck! Menu picture showed chunks of chicken. Like you would expect. Ordered and paid online. Showed up at the posted pick up time. Was not ready. They did not even have my order. They finally found it and made the order. This place used to be good. Last couple of times I have been here it's not been good. Don't bother ordering online. The staff said they don't get the orders.

Great spot to get lunch, snacks or treats, especially the frozen kind! If it’s busy expect the order counter to be congested, but with their patio and the splash park right outside, theres always room to sit and watch the kids wear off their sugar highs! Parking can be tricky but the service is always good!
