Einstein Bros. Bagels

I come here often in mornings for a bagel and coffee I really appreciate there friendliness I work next door at Floyd’s barber just want to say kudos there awesome and very hard working thanks so much for your service and GREAT bagels !!!

I really don’t like to write negative reviews but this location is not fast and easy when doing a pick up order. Four times on my way to work, I have use this location for a pick up order hoping to just run and grab my order and leave- quick, convenient , and easy, why else would I select pick up? I specifically choose this option because it is usually quick and I don’t have to talk to anyone/ or order at the counter as unfortunately, with the nature of my job- I am usually on early morning conference calls and have to participate.

Every time I’ve come in, my app tells me my order is ready, yet my order is not in the order pick up location. I wait quietly for my order to be ready only to have two then stand in line at the counter to ask where my order is- as you can imagine for a breakfast bagel spot the line is usually long in the morning- just to find out my order IS IN FACT ready and they just can’t put it out where it goes??

A few times I have sent my child in to grab the order while I’m on the phone in the car- and she’s been given a hard time, having to come out to get my phone to show proof of order, interrupting my work call.

On another occasion, while I am on my headset quietly without disturbing anyone trying to continue my call, someone has interrupted me on my call, asking for proof of my order. I will no longer be going to this location as I find it rude to ask, and it’s making it a bigger Inconvenience than convenience!!!!

First time I had been to this einstein’s and I had a great experience, service was so kind and fast. Shout out to Isabella, great customer service.

We ordered our food, went to sit outside bc of the beautiful weather, asked if someone could bring it out to us (I had back surgery) and there was no beeper for notification but no, we told that they would wave at us from inside the shop so that we could come in and get our order. Mind you there was no one else on line and no one sitting outside so it was pretty empty. We thought they could’ve extended a little more graciousness to the situation.

My original rating was 1-star, but that was during covid. Everyone deserves a little bit of leniency - woof, especially during that really weird and terrible time.

I want to make amends - EBB is upstanding, generous, and serves really good fast/cas food. Consistently quality ingredients, and the transparency really shows that your employees work hard and have a great disposition. Thanks for keeping on.

(also thanks for partnering with Caribou Coffee so many years ago - my favorite coffee). Please keep offering outdoor seating wherever you can!!

Great bagels, lots of options between bagels spreads, and sandwiches. Cofee is about what you would expect from a vending machine. Staff and service are very hit or miss, as well as the amenities.

The staff is very friendly and engaging as a regular customer. I appreciate when they great me by name and remember my order and it's always made correctly! They even helped support my non-profit at the last minute! The manager is phenomenal! :)

This is one of the best Einstein Bagels I have been to. That new country sausage sandwich is fantastic.

Offer lots of free bagels very kind and nice environment

Benjamin was so kind and made me a new sandwich after I dropped mine even though it was my fault. Food was very good and everyone was very professional and kind.

Not good. I’ve been avoiding this place since I moved here because of the reviews. I truly wanted this experience to go better. But unfortunately it was lackluster food and hospitality was just okay. Also very expensive for a bacon/egg/cheese. I’m from New England where they taste 10x better and it’s cheaper than what I got. So disappointing. Their food tastes fake and plasticky to me. Won’t go back.
