I don’t have a problem with the food. But dude working the drive thru late morning on Sunday was condescending, short, rude, and shouldn’t be working in the service industry. I don’t write reviews, but this guy really rubbed me the wrong way. I felt unwelcome and like a bother. Not how you want your customers to feel.

Flat untoasted bagels, flavorless fillings, and their "twice baked" hashbrowns were coagulated wet lumps. We threw our food away and went to Big Daddy's down the road.

I sat in the drive through speaker for 5 minutes when I tried asking if I should order and was told they will be right with me. After sitting there for another 10 minutes I gave up and tried to just go to the window. I honked to try and get attention and no one came so I gave up and drove off. I can understand needing to catch up when you are busy but not saying a word is insane.

Order was wrong re the correct bagels. And no schmear, all paid for and no refund. Not happy. After contacting corporate, I was refunded my purchase with an apology. Thank you!

They don't really toast their bagels. - mostly just "warmed" them. And the smear was less than desirable. And somehow there is cinnamon on my bagel when I did not order it with any kind of cinnamon. Staff was friendly though.

Not my best experience at Einstein. The guy couldn't understand through the drive thru so my order was a little messed up.

Ever since I went to my family practice doctor last March I have been actively trying to live a healthier lifestyle due to her insistence that I have gained weight. I have made a habit to take my electric scooter out for a few laps around my neighborhood every Tuesday morning. About two Tuesdays ago I was enjoying one of my weekly annual ride when I mistakenly ran into a puddle. Thankfully due to the large wheels on my electric scooter I was able to narrowly avoid any damage to my vehicle. But the puddle did splash just loud enough to get me in the mood to pee. I was close to my home but I had recently taken lexapro and I was in the mood for an adventure. I navigated to the nearest shopping center and while originally heading for chipotle I took a small detour due to a group of scary looking teenagers loitering out front. That detour took me right to the doors of Einstein Bagel Bros. I quickly scurried towards the bathroom. To my disappointment it was locked. It seemed as though someone had the same idea as me. To avoid being rude I waited by the tables for this fellow customer to finish and while doing so I drifted into a deep slumber. When I awoke roughly 8-10 minutes later I saw that the bathroom was open and gleefully skipped my way to the bathroom unaware of the horrors I was soon to witness. Upon entering I immediately noticed a foul odor coming from the toilet. Upon further inspection I found a massive log that was barely even fitting in the bowl. I mustered up my courage and went to flush but to my further horror the water by to rise taking the brown monstrosity along with it. It was here when I realized that this was beyond my capabilities. That it was going to take a lot more to stop this anaconda from hell than a 5'2 women who dropped out of softball in high school due to the mit feeling sticky. I b-lined to the door but was meet with a jammed lock. The water continued to rise as I started to feel a cold touch on my lower ankle. It was here I realized that this was my chance to relive me years of silence. I did what I told myself I would never do unless of an emergency like this. I screamed, I screamed for all of the parking tickets I had received undeserved, I screamed for the child in me who was tired of eating oatmeal made with water, I screamed for all the forgotten free trials. I screamed. It was dark, wet, the cold tile walls echoed my every breath. Was this it? Was everything I had ever accomplished just leading to my demise in the bathroom of a chain bagel restaurant? But just as all hope was lost a quote from my late stepmother came to me. "There is always light. If only we'rebrave enough to see it. If only we're braveenough to be it."It was at that moment that the door burst open where a short and stalky angel of a man by the name of James stood before me. It was at that moment when I knew it was going to be okay. Than he said something I would never forget. A request that was unrecognizable from the sound of the trumpets at heavens gates. He asked me to leave. And I did just that. I hopped on my electric scooter and rode away never looking back. I went to bed that night knowing that I was forever changed and I would have to throw out those pants..3/5 the bathroom was out of order

10/23 waited 8 minutes in the Drive-Thru..and then my breakfast sandwich was wrong and quite disgusting. I will not return to this location again this is like the third time that this has happened..and I was THE ONLY car in the Drive-Thru!!!! Seemed more interested in talking then customer service!!!!!Who OWNS this location....wow

Absolutely horrible. Waited in the drive-through over 20 minutes for this disgusting looking bagel. It was mangled and had no seasoning. Would not recommend.

I have only been to this location once, but it was bad. Everyone's order was missing something. Mine did not include the chips nor my drink. My sandwich just looked slapped together. Usually Einstein's are great, but I think this store needs some folks to be retrained.

I know the restaurant industry is hurting and I try to just roll with it and be grateful for the people who show up but today was too much. Came in for two Turkey, bacon avocado sandwiches. One was in the wrong bagel and both were missing the bacon. I can live with the wrong bagel but we asked if they could give us some bacon to add to our sandwiches. Instead of just giving us the bacon they insisted on “inspecting” the sandwiches. Why?! The whole process was pointless and insulting and resulted in the original sandwich’s being thrown away and completely remade. What a waste. And one of them was still on the wrong bagel. The whole experience was awful.
