Brewing Market Coffee

Love the atmosphere. Please tell the young baristas that they have to actually act like they are happy you are there. I interacted with 3 young baristas (ordering, asking about the wifi), and they were all unfriendly towards me, like this was high school. Not sure what they found unlikeable about me, I tried to act totally normal and contained.

Tell them they have hid their true feelings about certain customers better. Costumers are actually preceptive enough to pick up on it.

I think it was because I'm an old lady (41) who happens to be very attractive and stylish in my own way. For whatever reason, this was off-putting to them. If I weren't as attractive as an old lady, I think they would have been kinder towards me.

One of my favorite coffee shops. I love the atmosphere and living in Longmont and working in Boulder it’s a great location to work from. Also, love the Matcha 🍵 Latte with lavender and vanilla flavors.

I think the best way to describe this place is inconsistent. Sometimes their coffee is great, other times it’s the worst I’ve ever had. I think that’s the issue I see with this place, a lack of standards and as such, it shows up in the reviews. Figure out a set of standards and how to hold people accountable to them. That’s it.

We went there around lunch time and found the breakfast burritos and sandwich options decent. Service was great, the person taking order was very helpful and kind. She even brought our order to the table because we were already seated when the drinks were ready.

Good coffee, bad employee or bad employer?! I ordered a Matcha that costs $5.23. I put $1 as tip, then I gave the cashier a $20 bill and said, I have $0.23 cents to make even, can you give me $15? The cashier said “no, she couldn't because she had already processed as receiving $20. The register drawer was open, I explained that the money was the same. She would have more change and I would get rid of the coins. She took out her cell phone to calculate! I said I give you $20.23 to pay $5.23 = $15 is the change. She got offended and left the cash register with drawer open! Another employee came and explained that he couldn't change the money at the register. I said that I worked at the register too, I wasn't trying to be rude and I didn't want to receive more change. So, I gave up and accepted $14.77. (When the boss counts the money at the register, $1 or 10 coins of 0.10 are the same money). But I accepted my change just saying "well, a simple math isn't for everyone."

Place was neat with different tea and coffee items that i would love to have but expensive. Went for coffee and asked for recommendations and the barista couldn't give me any and just pointed to the menu and flavor offerings. Tried an iced white mocha and it was disgusting didn't end up drinking it and threw it away.

I enjoy coming here while my dogs are at the groomer. Great place to read a book, meet with friends, or work on the grocery list.

Not only was my coffee prepared correctly, the service and wait was reasonable. Highly recommend as the seating inside and outside is great.

Best coffee

Thank you to the amazing staff and owners at Brewing Market Coffee. First of all, you are very welcoming with a friendly comfortable clean atmosphere. Then you went above and beyond when I flushed my ring down the toilet. You helped me to find a plumber and were just so completely supportive and kind. Sadly no ring was recovered but I will always be grateful for your kindness and will return again whenever I am in Lafayette.

Generally great, but sometimes be prepared to just like at Starbucks end up paying $5 for warm milk with a hint of espresso flavor.
