We come here every once in a while and the staff is always friendly and the food is always hot and order is accurate. Tonight when we came in it was fairly slow around 7:30 and Monica was extremely friendly and efficient! Awesome customer service

i came in with some of my friends to get some food but the guy behind the counter was really mean and like yelled at us because my friend didnt know what she wanted, and then yelled at her for ordering the "wrong thing" so we just went to chipotle instead

They charged me for something I did not purchase. Their corporate says to contact the store about the issue, but nobody answers the phone and their voicemail is full so you can't leave a message. Went back to corporate about this and they said they'd let the store know to call me back. It's been over 2 weeks and I still can't get a hold of a single person there.

Arrived at 8:40, 20 minutes before closing and store was already locked up with lights dim. Guy who was working the store saw me park and walk up to the shop, then he went to the back out of sight. Ended up just getting a couple slices of pizza across the street

Loooove this place! The service is fantastic, the food is yummy, and the atmosphere is welcoming. We stop here a few times a month after doctor appointments in Boulder on the way back to Longmont; it is worth the detour! My Dad adores the spicy Cajun chicken with Capt Sorensen's hot sauce! I like turkey bacon ranch, but don't forget those pickles!!!

I am so upset by the customer service and lack of communication at this stores location. I order 4 sandwiches for almost $80 and my entire was messed up. Wheat bread where there was supposed to be white. Muster when there should not have been any and flat out just not adding additions that were requested and charged for. I called corporate customer service and they have taken there sweet time trying resolve the issue. The store owner or manager will not call to try and rectify the situation. There has been zero attempt to fix or extend a sorry for the piss poor service that was received on my last visit.

For some reason, I cannot use the app to order an hour and a half before it closes. And then once I did order, they didn’t ask for my number so I didn’t collect the points. Then they said that even if they gave me the receipt I can’t collect the points. The manager was very nice and gave me a refund and redid the order so I can get the points.Good ppl. Bad system. Give your manger more authority to give when your system doesn’t work right.

I'm not sure why someone has earbuds in while taking orders. Did not hear the order correctly. Fortunately I checked sandwiches before leaving. Remaking them. Thus isn't the first time to get the order wrong
