Faire house sub in Lafayette Colorado The men's bathroom had poop on the bottom of toilet set and the toilet had toilet paper on the side of the tiolt hanging from the toilet rim it is a health code violation. and ex case of stealing soda from them we did not steel soda from them we had soda in wendys cup bring them in one of the employees pour our soda out us that we where steeling soda from them it was not true it was not the case. And the women bathroom had trash on the floor they do not clean there bathrooms it health code violation

For some reason this location never gets our orders correct. James was so incredibly rude and disrespectful. I respectfully asked if they could remake our order and he got very angry at me and the girl who was trying to help with the mistake. I feel bad for how she was treated and I do not think it’s ok for him to treat customers like this either. He made me feel like it was my fault for him getting my order wrong. Please remember to treat your customers with respect!

We come here every once in a while and the staff is always friendly and the food is always hot and order is accurate. Tonight when we came in it was fairly slow around 7:30 and Monica was extremely friendly and efficient! Awesome customer service

i came in with some of my friends to get some food but the guy behind the counter was really mean and like yelled at us because my friend didnt know what she wanted, and then yelled at her for ordering the "wrong thing" so we just went to chipotle instead

They charged me for something I did not purchase. Their corporate says to contact the store about the issue, but nobody answers the phone and their voicemail is full so you can't leave a message. Went back to corporate about this and they said they'd let the store know to call me back. It's been over 2 weeks and I still can't get a hold of a single person there.

Arrived at 8:40, 20 minutes before closing and store was already locked up with lights dim. Guy who was working the store saw me park and walk up to the shop, then he went to the back out of sight. Ended up just getting a couple slices of pizza across the street
