Wow, it’s been such a long time since we’ve had authentic Nepalese food in Lafayette, Colorado!What a fantastic meal, the ambience is incredible and the service was top-notch. Ustav, the owner came out to ask us how our meal was and to make sure everything was as it should be. I went to this place due to a recommendation by an acquantaince and happened to be in the area.I got there about 30min prior to closing before dinner.The service was pretty quick and friendly. The place was clean and food tasted fresh.I ordered. Chicken Tikka masala mild and just wish or would order spicy next time but it's difficult to gauge as was my first time at this place. I ordered samosas and some garlic Naan.The garlic Naan while different is some of the best if not the best Naan I've had ever. The samosas were delicious and crisped just wish the flavor would have been more potato based while I like flavors just perhaps the multitude of flavors were bit for me that day. They were delicious but maybe softer texture filling would have made them perfect.I will definitely return and try other of their dishes specially lamb and perhaps some desserts.Thanks for great experience.

Did you know Gundruk means... pickled leafy vegetable! As the newest Indian and Nepalese restaurant in the Lafayette/Louisville area, it's definitely up-ing the ambiance game. It's a very clean, well-designed space with two rooms and a bar to potentially set in. We sat in the main room, which we found very pleasant. The main waitress was super helpful, cheerful and attentive. As it was our first visit, we leaned into her recommendations. It was much appreciation! We ordered: Fried Momo: 4.5 Stars Chefs Special Goat Curry: 4 Stars Bainghan Bharta: 4 Stars Garlic Naan: 4 Stars Going Back? Absolutely, I can't wait to try more classic dishes like Korma, Tikka Masala, Butter, Saag. We'd probably order the Fried Momo again. We were surprised how much we enjoyed these crispy starters!

So so so good! Food was outstanding, staff very friendly and attentive, and they did a great job redesigning this spot. We had chicken and veggies tiki masala, the house specifical 'chili', chicken wings app, veggie pakora, and the garlic flatbread....all of it perfectly fresh and delicious.Dietary restrictions: Plenty of gluten free and vegetarian options
An easy recommendation for those who enjoy Indian & Nepalese food. Just as good as Tandoori Grill - at least the 3 entrees we've gotten thus far. Even the kids loved the coconut curry.
