I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

I think this is just a division of Chili’s but the staff here, specially in the area by the bars sitting at the bar, etc., or top-notch wonderful people.
ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!

They delivered the wrong order and refused to fix it. Their excuse was that there was a new cook and they couldn’t do anything. This is not a way to treat customers!
How the hell do you make other mediocre wing chains look so much better than yours??? More skill goes into prison food than this garbage I'm sure

We had pickup. Put on the order “no pink” for hamburger. Got this and it was totally not done. Red/raw in the middle. The fries were so salty I couldn’t even eat that. I called them that night. Was told that there would be a coupon thru my email. Never received that. The last part is even worse than the food. Since they lied to me.
