We’ve been on a Jersey Mikes kick recently, and we always gone to this location . The food has been consistent and sooo yummy. They really load up the sandwiches, i feel like you get way more meat than other sandwich shops. The last few times we’ve been in, the same girl has helped us. Today we asked for her name, SHOUT OUT TO ALLISON 10/10 HOSPITALITY.

Food was great! We ate lunch in the restaurant. The staff was busy, yet they all worked together seamlessly.
I noticed 1 person most. Her name is Izzy(or Izzi). She was very friendly, helpful & personable. She found a way to connect personally with each customer & was full of smiles. Before I left, I pulled her aside to let her know I was very impressed with her excellent customer service skills. At a very busy time, lunchtime, on a weekday, you need to know she handled everyone, customers & staff, with respect & a smile. She is a valuable asset & is contributing to the success of the company with her bubbly personality. I hope you will let her know how valuable she is. She deserves it 100 times over!! Please give her a copy of this so it'll be a reminder her of how wonderful she is. Thank you.

If you say you are going to have a seasonal sandwich then have it I gave you a 3 don't have what you advertise and you don't clean your slicers as often as you should

I wanted to add lettuce, tomato, and mayo to my cheese steak; to make it a hoagie. The guy told me to wait to order toppings. Then, he just brought my order out without asking about toppings. Plus, $20 for a cheese steak is insane. Especially since it was mediocre.

The best fast food in the area. They are warm Philly sub is excellent. All of the people working there are very friendly too.

Vegetarian options: At least one of the hot sandwiches is made from portobello mushrooms and whatever toppings you want to put on. I’ve never seen that anywhere else. The cold sandwiches have anything you want on them so you can make it vegetarian if you want to. There are cheese and vegetable offerings.

Parking: Parking lot. I’ve never seen it full. The closest in parking has three handicap spots which is very helpful!

Wheelchair accessibility: It’s on the first level and if you come in towards the west side of the sidewalk there are ramps. That is where there is also three handicap spots.

I don't think I've ever eaten here before and I know I never will ever again. I literally got a soggy sandwich that was basically a big pile of salad sandwiched between two pieces of bread and maybe three pieces of turkey.... and that's a big maybe. just ridiculously bad. I mean it was nothing but a big pile of way overdressed lettuce, tomato, and pickles between two pieces of bread. and an afterthought of throwing some turkey on there! I mean give me a break. Crossing this sandwich shop off my list!

I love this location. Everyone here is so nice and welcoming. I have recently become a Jersey Mike’s enjoyer after trying one for the first time in Denver a few months ago. As a long-time Subway fan… this is SO much better!!!The meat is always really fresh, same with the veggies, and the bread is so high quality, especially for hoagie bread, which often is on the lower end quality… theirs is delicious and has a really good crunch and crumb to it.They pile your sandwich HIGH, too. And I had one gentleman even give me free bacon once. Very very nice store. I’m glad I am nearby it!

We have enjoyed eating at this location of Jersey Mike's for sometime but tonight we had an exceptional experience. Our food was made to order, fresh and flavorful. It was apparent that whoever prepared our order took pride in quality when making our sandwiches, packaging it neatly and including plenty of napkins. We were very pleased with our order!

Forgets orders immediately after ordering when it’s completely empty and then has the nerve to get passive aggressive and sassy the customer. I wish I could undo my tip. Embarrassingly rude service.

I order delivery from this location using the Jersey Mike's app at least once per week. My sub is always made to perfection! There was an instance where a DoorDash delivery driver picked up my order, but then never delivered it - they cancelled the order after picking it up. I was especially upset about this, but Bob at Jersey Mike's made it right! They took care of me after this unfortunate mishap, and I appreciate them greatly!

went in 20 minutes before close. they had only had cold subs available.. aren’t you supposed to start closing after close? :( just sad couldn’t get a cheesesteak.
