Mobile Ordered the Big Kahuna #56. Sandwich was ready on time for pick up. As always the sandwich was very good. Found some hard pieces in the meat and vegetables but this didn’t take away from enjoying it. The restaurant honored my reward points when I forgot to add to my Mobile order!

Jersey Mike’s is generally good but this location is never consistent with the amount of meat they give you. My boyfriend and I have been to this location several times and one time they’ll be generous with the amount of meat, next time we come, they’ll be really skimpy on the meat! We’ll come again and get a somewhat generous amount and then when we come again, it’s skimpier than the last skimpy time!!! This place is not consistent!!! This location needs to seriously train all their associates to give a good amount of meat with every customer at all times! My bf and I are fed up and will probably not return.

They ALWAYS do me right at this location. Definitely one of the best jmikes in the area. Friendly staff makes it top tier as well. I usually enjoy dining in as they do not blast music and the atmosphere is nice, especially with my sound sensitivities.

The friendliest Jersey Mike's I've been to. Someone has said hi to me every time I've walked in to pick up my order. Sandwiches have been delicious, bread nice and soft. I'm glad I altered my routine to try this store! Keep up the great work South Boulder Road!

I do not usually eat at chains but this is an exception. I am a big fan of the Big Kahuna cheesesteak. It is probably the best sandwich around.
I had a small issue at this store but they made it right immediately. Nobody is perfect but when someone goes above and beyond to make things right I can forget about any minor issues.

We’ve been on a Jersey Mikes kick recently, and we always gone to this location . The food has been consistent and sooo yummy. They really load up the sandwiches, i feel like you get way more meat than other sandwich shops. The last few times we’ve been in, the same girl has helped us. Today we asked for her name, SHOUT OUT TO ALLISON 10/10 HOSPITALITY.

Food was great! We ate lunch in the restaurant. The staff was busy, yet they all worked together seamlessly.
I noticed 1 person most. Her name is Izzy(or Izzi). She was very friendly, helpful & personable. She found a way to connect personally with each customer & was full of smiles. Before I left, I pulled her aside to let her know I was very impressed with her excellent customer service skills. At a very busy time, lunchtime, on a weekday, you need to know she handled everyone, customers & staff, with respect & a smile. She is a valuable asset & is contributing to the success of the company with her bubbly personality. I hope you will let her know how valuable she is. She deserves it 100 times over!! Please give her a copy of this so it'll be a reminder her of how wonderful she is. Thank you.

If you say you are going to have a seasonal sandwich then have it I gave you a 3 don't have what you advertise and you don't clean your slicers as often as you should

I wanted to add lettuce, tomato, and mayo to my cheese steak; to make it a hoagie. The guy told me to wait to order toppings. Then, he just brought my order out without asking about toppings. Plus, $20 for a cheese steak is insane. Especially since it was mediocre.
