I order delivery from this location using the Jersey Mike's app at least once per week. My sub is always made to perfection! There was an instance where a DoorDash delivery driver picked up my order, but then never delivered it - they cancelled the order after picking it up. I was especially upset about this, but Bob at Jersey Mike's made it right! They took care of me after this unfortunate mishap, and I appreciate them greatly!

went in 20 minutes before close. they had only had cold subs available.. aren’t you supposed to start closing after close? :( just sad couldn’t get a cheesesteak.

Don’t bother ordering in person. We waited for 10 minutes with no one else in line other than roughly one dozen online orders ahead of us.We ended up leaving after they finished 5 sandwiches and showed no interest in serving us (other than saying they’d be right with us 10 minutes ago).I’m sure the subs are great here but that was ridiculous.

Ordered in person but my sandwich was never made because evidently the person that walked up behind me was a regular and I guess more important, so his sandwich was made and he was pushed to the front of the line and the lady taking the orders walked off. I left hungry and dissatisfied.

The people that work here care. An adorable old couple, myself and my boyfriend were the only people in the store. The staff took turns chatting with this older couple, knew them by name, talked to them as if they were lifelong friends. It's rare to see good hospitality showcased like that. I really appreciated how attentive they were to the customers and personable. I would come back just to see that kind and genuine interaction again.

Giant Philly Cheese Steak. Today's only had cheese on half the sandwich. Good sandwich if made well. The last couple times at the Lafayette location, not made well. Won't be back

I have been eating Mike's Subs (Jersey Mike's) since at least 1980 when I lived there (way before the franchise). My grandfather would buy subs for dinner. It was always awesome and always a treat. Tonight was the worse ever. I ordered a club sub. I am not sure what was going on with bread and there was almost no turkey. I have never had such a bad sub. The overall quality and size has gone down dramatically. I will never go back. Too bad because I always enjoyed even when they shrunk the original Pt. Pleasant menu for franchising. What I received vs. what is advertised can be seen in the pics. Definitely a not a "sub above". More like a "sub below".

I just got two sandwiches that were flipped cheese on both. I wanted zero on one and cheese on the other and they gave me different sandwiches but because it was DoorDash he told me what do you want to do about it and I said fix it and he hung up on me. F&@“ this guy.
