extraordinary pizza with a nice crust that is perfect in so many ways — we had thin crust that was perfectly cooked and the garlic was flavorful, fresh and fantastic!
the staff is excellent and beyond kind. they have the kind of manners and gracious behaviors that extoll hospitality—FOR REAL.
if you are looking to support a local place that creates community, neighborhood kindness AND also builds great pizza with nice nice sauce — Jimano’s is your kinda place.

A slice of Chicago right here in Colorado.
Thin crust is legendary, and the topping combos are broad and glorious. High quality ingredients and good vibes.

Its ok. Pizza just seems like a scam in Boulder county now. This place doesn't scam you as much as all the other places do. However, paying minimum $40 for a tiny pizza and all the sides being at least $10 just doesn't feel worth it. It's extremely cheap of this place to charge $3.85 extra for every topping also. Especially when all the premade pizzas the place wants you to buy are also at least $40. It never feels like enough food to justify the price whenever I order pizza in Boulder county. Safeway, King Soopers, and Costco sells oven bake pizzas for $7-10 for an 18 inch pizza when that's minimum $50 here and the pizza here doesn't taste any better than an oven bake does from the grocery store. You should just go to the closest grocery store instead. I bought a brand new vacuum that will last me forever off ebay for $30. Eating here makes no sense.

As someone who used to own a pizzeria in Chicago, I can honestly say Jimano’s Pizzeria captures the real taste of home.
I was craving true Chicago tavern-style pizza along with a classic Italian beef piled high with giardiniera peppers — and Jimano’s Pizzeria nailed it. The Wisconsin cheese, authentic Chicago-style sauce, and edge-to-edge coverage instantly reminded me and my family of home. Even the breadsticks were perfectly buttery and delicious. On top of that, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Every bite just spoke Chicago. This is as close as you’ll get to the neighborhood spots back home.
Wish they would open one up in NOCO

Awesome, awesome pizza. The thin crust is exactly like home. The deep dish isnt the typical deep dish I prefer (Lou’s guy) but it was fantastic. If you want to experience Chicago pizza in CO, this is the spot.

Now this is some legit Chicago style pizza. Everything about the pizza reminds me of home and the local spot we used to order from. The crust is crispy, the sauce is even, and the toppings are plentiful. This spot has quickly become my go to for pizza. You can't beat the Italian roast beef and giardiniera.

The last two times we have placed an online order, have been a disaster. Their “tracker”gave a pick up time between 6:50pm and 7pm. The tracker said our order was ready at 6:50pm, I went to get the order, and it was not ready, I waited an additional 15 minutes. When I said something to the staff, they responded with “we will let the manager know.” While I was waiting , three other people came in, and had to wait as well. The pizza is great, but they need to figure out their system, there are a lot of other pizza places in Lafayette, that seem to be able to get your order ready on time, and will make it right when they cannot meet the expectations that they set.

Moved from CHICAGO not the suburbs nearly 4 years ago. I cant believe it took me this long to find this place. Finally a quality pizza. Not to mention how kind they were to stay open a few minutes past closed so I can pick it up. I wish there were one closer to me in Thornton. Make it Happen LOL.

I definitely miss pizza from back home and this really hit the spot.Best Tavern pizza I've had since I've been out here since 2010. Maybe a tad on the salty side but I had bacon and pepperoni and I forget what flavor actually is like living out here so that may have just been me. Reheated it today and enjoying it even more. Thanks to FB group where I found y'all. Next time I'll try a deep dish.
