This was some of the best food we’ve had in a long time. I got the asada tacos and my fiancé got the torta with steak. We could tell that all of the ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the steak was so juicy and flavorful. Friendly and fast service too! We will definitely be back :)

I love coming to this food truck for a quick easy breakfast burrito that is always so tasty!! The 2 salas are YUMMY and I love how they make a veggie burrito (beans eggs potatoes cheese with fresh tomatoes and lettuce to give some good texture and freshness) Best tasting veggie burrito around IMO and also the best price anywhere. No matter where in Louisville, Lafayette, Boulder, Denver, etc. it's rare to find a meal under $15... here for $15 you can get 2 burritos !! Seriously...

What an amazing food truck got a breakfast burrito and 3 carne asada tacos. The tacos were some of the best I have ever had and the breakfast burrito was big and full bacon eggs and potatoes and it was divine!!!! The green salsa is perfect with the right amount of heat and not too spicy and has a great flavor and the red was awesome too but spicy for my taste. If you ever want Mexican food come here and especially for the tacos ?
