I went through the drive-thru and when I got home, my "nuggets" were a box full of some sort of disgusting sauce! I called the manager and asked that he send someone to my house with a delivery order of the nuggets, he said no. He did offer a refund or replacement nuggs, but I'd have to go BACK to the store? hire new team members that arent rude and dont throw your credit cards at you. The managment team in the morning especially the older Hispanic guy there right now is a jerk and the female manager taking orders talking Spanish saying things in spanish like I dont understand and to put still got my order wrong and my drinks wrong twice so I just left. some people need to be let go and hire people who actually want to work at your guys buisness not people who are rude talk back to...read full review
