This McDonald's sucks. They stop serving breakfast an hour before they are supposed to (they stop at 10am instead of 11am like the app says). If you go in and want to pay in cash, be prepared to stand around for like 20 minutes. They routinely get orders wrong.

Somehow, the Chili's just down the way cost about as much and is just better. Plus they wont just cancel your order because they didnt want to make it.

The staff and the manager of this location are very disrespectful and sarcastic. We all work hard no need to take attitude with clients. Absolutely unacceptable

Ordered for curbside pickup, took forever and had to go in and ask for our order, still took time as no one wanted to help. Not sure what good the app is as drive thru seems to be the only thing staff cares about. Will not go back to this location!

Ordered an order via Uber. Several chicken sandwiches had no chicken. Just buns and lettuce. Don’t give these thieves your business!!

Wow, I never leave crap reviews. I am today. After several lackluster visits. This place use to be great. Hot food fast with smiling employees. And excellent service. Now, you’ll never get napkins or ketchup. Definitely ask and check the bag twice. I have no idea what the employees are doing. But they are not doing their very simple job. Unfortunately it’s the new generation. They have entitlement issues. They want to be paid for nothing. I’ve known a couple managers of McDonald’s and a common theme is they have a hard time getting the “kids” to show up. If you order a French fry at this place there is a guaranteed wait. Anyway, there’s still nothing more American than McDonald’s. Maybe Walmart. lol.

Their manager is more worried about his music then getting an order right, I had ordered a McGriddle and some how I got a bacon McGriddle that he wanted to add twice after I told him no he got an attitude with me, this is a reoccurring issue I stop here on my way to work and I only ever have issues with service when he’s working. I would think that the people who work there know their menu more then a guy who doesn’t/haven’t ever worked for them. If we can’t speak English or don’t understand it then we shouldn’t be putting them behind the drive thru process. Will not be stoping at this location again!

I must've hit an off morning, no utensils or salt/pepper with the big breakfast. I had to get silverware, but I didn't want to get up and wait for someone to get me s/p for my eggs. Lesson learned - check your order before they walk away...

Bad service, you order food to eat in the restaurant and they take it to go and often reluctantly

Whoever designed the single register and touch screen setup needs to get out of the customer service industry. It’s the perfect setup for employees to ignore you and they most certainly do. We were forgotten at the “second” drive thru window. It doesn’t take 15 minutes to cook an apple pie. I had to go in to get the order and then back in to get the half they forgot.

Why would you give food on a platter but not provide plasticware? It seems that would be a given if you are serving food on a platter. It's happened a few times now no plasticware.

I used to work at this McD back in the day. Went back for the first time in years. Service has absolutely taken a dive. More like service is nonexistent. There is no longer a “front counter” everything is do it yourself. There are these big kiosks where you have to put in your own order. There is no menu board hanging up. There is one tiny little register where you could order your food from a person if a person could be found. No one can even see you standing at the register unless they come over to look if someone is standing there. You might as well just get a job at McDonald’s and work there at this point.
