The food is consistent with other Mcdonalds. Unfortunately the service has been a challenge the past few times we’ve attended. Either kids sides are missing, other sides are missing, or you can’t find people at the counter to correct it. The play area is great though.

this has become a run down homeless shelter where the area homeless campout for hours and even day on end. if you must go
to this
mcdonald’s— i would advise the drive through. the bathrooms are filthy and always without paper goods. it’s sad and i have empathy for the unhoused but the level of begging and apparent drug use is rampant.

I must say this McDonald’s has some employees that really lack social skills and manners. Today I purchased a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin the bread literally wasn’t even toasted. Management / Owner you need to do better. This isn’t the first time with poor food quality this year.

I got really sick after eating here. Ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal with bottled water. Had diarrhea for a day afterwards. Not happy about the experience.

Came to order at 2:50pm on 11/26 the guy at the window asked me 6 times what my order was before I had the girl at the first window yell at me like I was the issue this is so unacceptable and I don’t think she should work in a place of her employment where she thinks it’s okay to yell at anyone!!!! I work so close to the area and usually everyone is always in a terrible mood

The manager at this location is the nicest and most genuine individual every time I'm in he goes out of his way to let the customers know that he cares even me if I ever have an issue or a concern he's takes careful consideration and addresses my issue with a happy positive and polite attitude I'm always happy to see him and I appreciate his time

it’s cheap if you get the right things, reasonable quality, and up to par service. i like how you can just order everything on a kiosk and you get your food. workers are friendly but not overly, which is nice. not much more to say

Diana is the rudest person!!! Why hasn’t anyone gotten rid of her? She gives very bad service. Is this what you want at a children’s place? Please do something about this!!

Waited 10 mins out side for my online order, had to go inside about 8 employees standing in the back not doing anything, multiple people waited on there food for awhile in the lobby. mean while im standing at the counter waiting to get helped. Finally get my food most of it barely warm.

Everything is on the electronic system and staff is not following with the upkeep. I had to wait for someone to acknowledge my presence standing at the front counter well over 5 minutes I ordered because the receipt printer was empty and I didn't receive a receipt with my order number.
Once we got our order it was the wrong food, then when we got our new order we were missing items. Maybe they need more staff during their morning rush!?!?!
