Menchie's SBR- Frozen Yogurt Shop

Really enjoyed the flavor selection. My favorites were the strawberry, cake batter, and NY cheesecake flavors. Nice lil spot to satisfy your sugar cravings😋

Service was TERRIBLE!!! The girl working the register was super rude! Every other flavor wasn’t working and she was very passive aggressive when we asked why they weren’t working.. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but it definitely rubbed me the wrong way because my kiddos could tell she was mad. They definitely need to work on their customer service or else they’re going to loose customers. If she was kind and apologetic, we would’ve had absolutely no problem because we know thing happen sometimes. I will absolutely not be returning or using them for business events given this situation.

I came here from California and it was a wonderful experience. We were welcomed in the second we walked through the doors. I was shocked at all the flavors including dairy free ones. There were more toppings that any other ice cream shop. The employees were very helpful and kind. There were freshly cut fruits and lots of candies as well. Definitely recommend it was a wonderful experience! Clean tables floors and counters. I love froyo!

The frozen yogurt is great, however the options do not change very often and this can be annoying over time. I have been here many of times and would still recommend this returns to other people.

Honestly, one of my favorite places in Lafayette. I’ve been coming to the location over any other Menchie’s because of their cleanliness and cakes. The cake decorators Liz and Isabella always take their time with my order details, and do a fantastic job on them. Best froyo cakes there are AND some of my favorite designs ever! Please let your cake decorators know my appreciation, thanks!!!

Why do you have the credit card machine default to a tip option. There is literally no service being provided except for the cashier pushing 3 buttons on the register.

I recently visited Menchie's Frozen Yogurt and had a very disappointing experience. The store was dirty and sticky, clearly not well-managed.

What made it worse was seeing kids putting their hands in the toppings, and the employee on duty did nothing to address this. It was gross and very unhygienic. Additionally, the employee looked unhappy to be there, which added to the negative atmosphere.

Overall, my visit to Menchie's was far from pleasant. Cleanliness and customer service need significant improvement. I can not recommend this location based on my experience.
