Come here and try the vegan donut - you will not regret it. I am not vegan, so I don't typically seek out vegan treats but the texture is addicting. Made w/ rice + sweet potato. The owner is so so nice, the donuts are amazing, and there is a great open working space in the mall where you can read your book and enjoy your donut.

I'd give this place 6 stars if that were possible. First, the service is Four Seasons! It's family owned & operated by the NICEST family ever. "Nok" (from the shop's name) is the mom! Second, the donuts are crazy awesome. They gave me a vegan, gluten-free donut to sample. I am NOT vegan or gluten-free AT ALL. But, like King Agripa saying to Paul that he almost converted him, I was almost converted to vegan, gluten-free donuts. They were that good. I tasted almost all of the flavors, and cinnamon sugar cake was my favorite.Vegetarian options: VeganDietary restrictions: Gluten-free

Amazing! Nok is so nice and friendly and they are the most amazing donuts ever! I was planning on just getting 2 or 3 donuts but after tasting ONE, you can see what I ended up getting - a HUGE box! And SO glad I did. Who would have thought a vegan donut could taste so good? I also got the non-vegan ones - they're killer as well, of course. They are the freshest, most natural donuts I have ever had! Seriously, whenever I get cheap donuts from a chain they always give me a stomach ache. Not only did these have real fruit icing on them, but NO STOMACH ACHE- waaaat?! If you're trying to decide on a donut spot and haven't tried Nok's, GO! As a fellow local CO small business owner, it's great to know every penny I spend goes to a five-star family business, and not a mediocre, way-less-than-fresh nat'l chain.Thank you Nok. I'll be back sooner than I should ;-)
