GASSS🔥🔥🔥
The Philly was basically a chopped cheese.
I love Phillies, but i LOVE a good chopped cheese. Calling this good is an understatement.
The employees here are extremely helpful and kind. I will be coming back if im ever in Colorado again.

Some of the food was good. The service was friendly. Coleslaw was good. I was disappointed that the Cajun potatoes were not fresh cut, and the chicken were not fresh either. It seemed frozen from a bag. I thought this was going to be more from scratch.
Solid food. Good bang for your buck. And large quantities.

Have loved Ruby Ru's food trucks for years, but their new cheese steak menu is not good. I was looking forward to their Banh Mi and got canned cheese and cheap meat. Do not recommend new food truck menu.

That’s a good local gem you can sit down on my experience. It’s a really good substitute for fast food.

Decided to check out Ruby Ru's because that is what we call our dog. The menu is definitely what you might expect from a food truck. I got the jerk chicken bowl. Good portion size and just the right amount of spice.
I had the chance to talk to one of the brothers that own the place. Very pleasant even though it was close to closing time. I'll definitely be going back.

This place is awesome. It's kind of hidden away in a small plaza just west of 287 on South Boulder.
First, the guy at the front was great. He answered my (way too many) questions and gave me great suggestions.
I've been twice now and man.. I want to go back already. The tacos are delicious, especially with that sauce they put on it. The philly is one of the best I've had in the area, especially with the green chili in there.
I've also tried their bourbon chicken bowl, which is solid and a great value for the price, as well as their cheeseburger sub.
It was all tasty, definitely worth trying out.

Pretty good food! Have been here several times and there’s always something I enjoy. It sometimes feels a little more geared for high schoolers bc they live across the street from the HS. But I still think it’s good food at very reasonable prices! We will definitely be back. :)

Stopped here on our way out of town and was delish! We got the Mac and cheese, ban mi bowl, club sandwich and jerk chicken bowl. It was all flavorful, fresh and really hit the spot!

My co worker and I were on a job site this side of town. Didn't know where to eat. We pulled into this place on a whim and it's hand down the best sandwich I've ever had and an incredibly relaxing place to get out of the sun and eat some lunch.

I’ve always enjoyed their teriyaki chicken bowl and their curly fries are amazing. My main critique is they often close well before their listed time (8pm). I’ve been burned a few times, most recently getting there 20min before closing and the staff member told me they weren’t cooking anymore. This is very disappointing for a mainly takeaway place, especially when I make the effort to drive there. Thankfully a good Mexican place across the street, who also closes at 8, was still cooking. If you’ll be arriving after 7, you’ll probably want to call ahead.
