I always go to this location every morning today this morning the coffee was a little off The taste wasn't there they could have done a little better The vibe in the building wasn't positive I also notice the new people working if really don't like working that early shouldn't be working at a coffee shop

Several dozen outlets, some of them with USB-A, plus free WiFi, but not a single USB-C charger (i.e. cable) available. Kind of an oversight for a place that accepts mobile orders (and probably payments as well).
Edit: For consideration, the kiosks where you pay with a credit card (or a phone) are just phones attached to a card reader. I removed a star due to the obnoxious auto response from the owner asking me to tell them this again via their Contact Us page. They've been informed three times already.

I was going to a location that charged $1 extra for açaí. One day I visited this location and asked, "Do you charge more for extra base?," and they responded NO immediately. *sigh of relief* The barista took my order and greeted me with a smile at the window and kindly said, "Have a good day." Whenever I'm in Lafayette I visit and receive the best pink drinks and friendly customer service. Arthur is really nice and if there's one reason why I highly recommend this location it's because of him!!! He deserves a raise. 100!
Rude and disrespectful service. Staff were ignoring in person customers and rushing to fulfill online orders, and dismissive when they finally paid attention, which led to an incorrect order. Food is fine for fast food although coffee was served too hot.

My husband and I were visiting from out of state and stayed in an abnb near this Starbucks. We went in several times for our morning fix. On Jun 11, 2024, 10a we placed our order. The cashier ask if I was “paying with the app”. I was in conversation with my husband and said yes but I meant Apple Pay so I tried to tap and the cashier said in a rude condescending tone “that’s not an app”. I ignored it but my husband saw her drop bakery goods on the floor and she picked them up and put them back in the show case. After we got our coffees my husband (loudly) told her her “saw you pick those bakery goods and put them back in the case”. She lied and said she did not and started to cry and walked hurriedly to a group of her coworkers. My husband said “yes you did and you were rude to my wife”. We go to Starbucks daily here at home and to a Starbucks where ever we travel and we go to Lafayette, Co annually. Never be treated like that ever!!

I did a mobile order for a white chocolate mocha and gave me just milk and espresso shots. I am not happy. I go to this store all the time. I would like a free white chocolate mocha for this mistake. I never complain but I pay alot for this coffee. It was a venti white chocolate mocha with breve 5 shots of espresso no whip cinnamon powder on top. Very disappointed
