Nice big clean facility. We went there several times and each time the person at the cash register was always doing something else instead of ready for our order... so service was pretty slow.

Thank you Starbucks for ruining my Friday coffee. I came in at about 8:30am, ordered an iced macchiato. The barista brings it hot,no big deal,they remade an iced one. Then the male barista working, decided to ignore me and chat with another lady customer. He looked at me as my coffee was sitting there and ignored me and my order. I'm not sure if it was a race thing or if he was just mean but he ignored me and my coffee for 5 to 10 minutes, maybe longer. All this while I'm waiting there for my coffee. I'm a health care worker and was needing to get on to my clients and my workday. I am very disappointed with this Starbucks location, it's extremely rare to find this level of service at Starbucks but here it is. I would recommend if you have work, clients, patients or important things to do, find another coffee shop.

Absolutely love this Starbucks calm atmosphere perfect for meetings is which I did was meet up with my boss fast service very nice team keep on with the smiley faces and things written on the cup I was having a bad day and that smiley face made it better

Baristas always make my drink wrong no matter what time of day I come. I’ve ordered a latte, refresher, matcha, black tea etc they ALWAYS make it wrong. I often have to drive to the other Starbucks on Erie and ask them to remake it becuase this location is so consistently bad
