I stop into this location from time to time. It's the only location that has gotten my order incorrect and it's happened multiple times. I try to make sure I'm clear when I order. I've gotten a hot drink when I ordered iced twice. This morning I got cinnamon topping on the iced pecan crunch with no pecan or crunch. The staff is overall nice.

I am never big on complaining about my service. Sometimes people have bad days, but the lady that I spoke to essentially told me that she was too busy to talk to me, and I didn’t realize that there was a list of importance when it came to the people that you spoke to on the phone and the people that are actually in the store I seriously don’t understand it and I’m not angry,butttttttt

My husband tried to order a drink once we walked in and was told by barista that it will be awhile and she also needs to go to the bathroom first. No big deal… he went back and tried to order it again (10 mins later)…she walked away again. He gave it another chance when we were on our way out (30 mins later) . She ignored him again and put a note down that she will be back at 7:20 pm . The woman was rude for no reason. Wondering how many customers this location has lost because of such a miserable employee.

This starbucks is good. They only thing I dont like is that if you ask for no ice a couple of the baristas will automatically charge you for extra milk even though you dont ask them to fill up the cup with the extra milk.

The manager of this starbucks location in the kingsoopers charges just me more when they add milk to my drink because I can't drink ice in my drinks because my teeth are sensitive to the coldness of the ice and makes it difficult for me to drink. She claims it is corporate policy to charge for any extra milk they add to a drink. None of the other starbucks locations charge me for the request for no ice.

Went in there today on a Thursday around 2-4 they clearly don’t know what there doing I asked for a grande matcha latte and it tasted just like MILK no sweetness inside just plain milk please get the orders right and make them like there supposed to be I’m sorry but this Starbucks should be shutdown THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO MAKE THE DRINKS THEY MESS UP ALL THE TIME NEVER GO TO THIS STARBUCKS THEY WONT GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO MAKE THEM
