The app stated the store was open and allowed a mobile order to be placed. The staff at the store were rude and refused to make the order prior to the store opening even though it was in less than ten minutes. They also said they could not cancel the order and could not be of assistance. Terrible customer service. I work in the industry and would have handled the situation much differently.

I was attempting to get a coffee, it was clean and room enough for a wheelchair unlike a lot of places, but then I was left to sit at the counter while the 2 people working one of which just walked past me, never even looking my direction. Then they simply conversed for 5 or so minutes instead bothering themselves with taking my order. Five to six other people in the restaurant noticed and saw me leaving without ever getting my oder taken. Yet , neither employee bothered to make any attempt at correcting the issue. I have been homeless almost 6 months now, due to the injury and I've seen how people treat them/us, but I was trying to spend my only $5 at your establishment, just to be made to feel as though 22

they have a practice of helping people who come to the counter inside over prioritizing the folks whom have placed orders online and allowed them time to prep an order. i just sat in the drive through at the window waiting for tea — which is a teabag and hot water only to be told that they serve people inside the restaurant first. i placed the order via app. ridiculous
