We love our mini walnut. We moved from Boulder where we regular'd all the other ones. Mini's the breakfast place we regular because it's affordable, casual, and delicious. Love their specials.

I came here for lunch during a work inservice and it was so yummy. We sat outside. Our waitress was great. There were lots of different types of dish choices including salads, sandwiches, and baked things.

Fantastic little spot that you have to know is here or have gone to in past, a definite must if you are in the area and well worth the trip and the wait! Love the local artist exhibiting on the walls, great local place, supported by and supporting locals!
