I haven’t eaten at a Taco Bell in a very long time and when I do eat Taco Bell, it’s generally a bean burrito because I’ve read inconsistent things about their meat mainly their beef. So I saw that there was a crispy chicken burrito available and it was six dollars, which seems to be kind of expensive to me, but it came with a free beverage so I thought I’ll take a chance. I drove away and parked near the water and gazed at the lake hoping to enjoy something that seemed at least decent. I took a bite of the chicken burrito and I couldn’t even get through the chicken. I pulled the tender loose from the burrito and I tried to purposely separate the chicken into bite-size pieces and I couldn’t it was that tough and hard. I’ve never seen anything like it, and when I did finally tear it open, it was pink in the center and hard on the outside, which sort of made me wanna be sick. I couldn’t eat the rest of the burrito so I felt iI wasted six dollars and I certainly would not order it ever again. I don’t know if it just cooked improperly or if there was something wrong with that chicken tender but honestly, it was one of the grossest things that I’ve ever tasted. Please take this for what it’s worth I just don’t think that this is a sound product and is certainly incredibly unappetizing. PS the mango peach refresca that I tried tasted like metal. What a waste of money I feel bad —— off to spend more money on rolaids.

Has gone completely downhill. Employees don't acknowledge your existence and when they do their customer service is awful. The parking lot is full of potholes so big you can't get into the right side turn lane coming out of it without navigating huge tire destroying craters.

Ordered in drive through. Could barely understand the attendant. Simple order all the same just different drinks and meat. Get the bag, pull out and 1 of 4 drinks wrong and missing half our food that was also not marked. Had to go back and go bath through drive through. No apologies, acted like they didn't even give a shit or acknowledged they cant do thr ONE job their suppose to be there for. Got bag, food was cold, poorly made. Dont recommend going there.

This review is for Hillary, Enrique and Jonathan. Hillary is great at customer service speaks well, I can understand her clearly over the speaker and that smile is priceless. Enrique was in charge and obviously does his job because the food was quality and I received it quickly. Jonathan prepared my food. I have not had a cheese quesadilla like that in years. He made it exactly the way I wanted it the spicy potato soft taco was excellent too. You have my business, you are a great team. Thank you
