I live in the apartments right by this Taco Bell, so I spend my money here regularly. I’ve been in retail management for years, and let me say this is the most poorly managed store I’ve ever seen. To list a few things,
1) They’re never happy you’re there. The employees actively avoid you in the lobby, no smiles, no feeling of welcome. Quite the opposite actually, they want you to leave. 2) They’re consistently not open during their posted open hours. Their openers are often late causing me to skip this place as a breakfast option. 3) They have consistently long waits, and are poor communicators when they have a wait.
If you are the franchise owner you are hemorrhaging potential money and long time customers by allowing for such poor service! Avoid this Taco Bell if at all possible.

Horrible place. Will never go back. The employees can't speak English. Go back to Mexico where you belong. Before you get hire on you should be able to speak English to work in the United States the employees are very rude and the manager as well.

Showed up in the drive thru 20 minutes before close. Sat here for 20 minutes until they closed. The staff refused to take my order. This is the worst service I've ever experienced at a Taco Bell. Whole heartedly could not recommend this location to anyone

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at this Taco Bell location has pushed me to speak up. Tonight was the last straw, and I will not be coming back. While I’ve had decent experiences here in the past, the last five visits have been a mess, and tonight was the worst of them all. I arrived between 8-9 PM and placed my usual order: one regular and two supreme Doritos Locos Tacos. Midway through my order, the drive-thru employee asked if I’d like to donate to a charity (I don’t recall the name). I politely declined and started to add nacho fries to my order, but before I could finish, she abruptly cut me off and told me to pull up to the next window. I tried to explain that I wasn’t finished with my order—three times, in fact—but she ignored me completely. I waited 15 seconds for a response and got nothing. That alone was frustrating, but what made it worse was the quality of the food I received. The tomatoes in my tacos were inedible, the lettuce was slimy and lacked any freshness, and the Doritos Locos Taco shells were stale, hard, and cold. They didn’t even have the cheesy or warm texture they’re supposed to have. It’s absolutely unacceptable. I understand that working near closing time can be challenging, but that’s no excuse to rush customers, ignore them, or prepare food carelessly. If your staff is unwilling to put in the effort to do their jobs properly, then you’re failing your customers. People come to eat, not to deal with unprofessional attitudes and poorly prepared meals. This was the final straw for me. I’m done with this location and won’t be coming back. Customers deserve better than this. Shame on those employees there…

Just got served 23 items of fermented/rotten food. Phone doesn't work to call it in. After my kids and I being sick we were served this. Disgusting. 11:21am 12/27/24 Order#7245ac drive thru Then to have not even received the full order. All the food tasted off. We hardly ate the food. Just wanted to grab something after being in er/and urgent care for sick goods. This is RIDICULOUS Highly don't recommend. Not sure what's going on there but it's definitely not good. 🤮🤢
This place has always been a disaster. Sometimes it takes forever for them to take the order. Freezer machine is broken half of the time. Lady manager doesn’t know what the Rockies taco deal is and barely spoke a lick of English. Today’s experience was horrible however as I ordered a taco without sauce and they put it and burrito with chicken added and yet no Chicken. It’s a shame that Taco Bell’s in this area have horrendous service.

I don't know if she is the manager or crew lead but there is a woman that works the drive-through she has to be in her mid to late '40s has the worst attitude of anyone and her attitude being bad just makes the customer service even worse I would not recommend this place even though it's brand new.

I came just before 10pm. The service I received was rude and my order was wrong. I got the #10 with no tortilla strips and a soft taco with no lettuce. I get to the window and she asks what I ordered. I said a #10 and a soft taco. Well I get the order and she slams the window. As I’m driving away I realize I didn’t get my drink so I went back thru the drive thru and said I didn’t get my drink. She slams open the window and serves me a NO ice flat Baja blast. I try my food and the soft taco has lettuce and my “steak burrito” is missing the “steak” they put ground beef in it and very little at that. So all around bad service and I got the worst food ever.
