Greatest Mexican food truck in Lafeyette. Best breakfast burritos I think I've ever had. And it's right next to a Mexican market too so you can grab other things while you're at it. Great place all around

So I went to this Mexican place the other day. And I’m not Mexican. I’m Dutch. Yeah, I know. I’m very exotic. And I ordered a breakfast burrito. Because why not? It’s breakfast. And it’s a burrito. It’s two great things in one. And it was delicious. It was so good. I don’t know what they put in there. Eggs? Cheese? Chili? Magic? I don’t know. But it was amazing. And I’m not even a burrito expert. I’m just a guy who likes to eat. A lot. And I like to eat burritos. A lot. And this was one of the best burritos I ever had. And I’ve had a lot of burritos. Trust me. I know burritos. Well, not really. But I like them. A lot. Did I mention that?

Tiny permanently park truck with some outside tables and some inside a run down greenhouse looking covered area. Enough parking for a couple cars. Large meat selection. Went for breakfast burrito. Picked carnitas and hot. Good sized burrito. Nice amount of meat with the eggs. Not a lot of potatoes but that is better then places that go heavy on the potatoes and slack on meat. Flavorful green chili but wouldn’t call it hot even as it got a bit stronger at the end where there was more chili.

The best place for street tacos in Lafayette. They give nice portions and the meat always is juicy and cooked to perfection. Even when they are super busy you’re in and out in no time. Best thing is for a food truck, you always know where they’ll be.

Not worth the hype. Lengua burrito had very little meat. Just egg and salsa inside. I heard the cook said no more meat left and the cashier said its fine. I even said no thanks and he insisted it was ok. I could have gotten frozen burrito at 7eleven that is way better.

Me and my fiance go almost every week to get our Regular Order. You MUST know that their chili can be ordered MILD, HALF AND HALF, MEDIUM, & HOT. I am sensitive to hot chili but love a bit of spiciness in my burritos so I usually get HALF & HALF which is mild and medium mixed. Their chili isn't always the same heat level week to week so I sometimes have to get MEDIUM. But if your really sensitive to hot things, I recommend sticking with MILD every time. A breakfast burrito can vary between $4-$5 depending if you get no meat or meat with it. The bean and cheese burritos are $3-$5 depending on ordering them plain, with chili, or meat options added. The Chili Cheese Fries are $5-$6 depending on what you order. I hope this helps anyone who is thinking of taking a trip down to the local Tago Wagon!

We make daily trips to the Taco Wagon. Fantastic, delicious food just a few steps away from our funeral home!

Having spent 19 years in Albuquerque, breakfast burritos became a standard necessity to enjoy 3 or 4 times a week. So when we first moved to Denver we went on a mission to find a decent burrito that we could enjoy. Despite several options that we tested, that did have real green chile, we found that Taco Wagon met all our needs! You have to start with the chorizo breakfast burrito - if you're not experienced with green chile, do the mild or "half and half" instead of the "hot". Be sure to try the breakfast adovada burrito, not commonly found here - chunks of lean pork marinated in red chile. The real thing! And the price of $5.98 which includes tax may seem high, but my wife and I can share one easily. We've weighed them and they can be 3/4 of a pound!

I love lengua. I order it all the time. After 10 years of living in Los Angeles and Tucson, this was the best I've had. Large pieces of meat, cook to tender perfection and seasoned so well. I ordered hot and it was not extremely hot. Perfect!
