This is the spot to go to if you're in Lafayette. They had breakfast and lunch options! We sat outside on the patio where there was plenty of shade and service was great. Would definitely go back for lunch! Right in the middle of downtown, lots of great people watching and just enjoying the fresh air! Street parking but it's free!

Tangerine used to be a lot better than what it is now. The last couple of times, something has happened. Today it was burnt food. I ordered the corned beef hash and the bacon was burnt to the point that it overpowered everything. The last time was a chicken sausage patty that looked like the gag astronaut food you could find in gift shops. We had a hard time finding something our kiddo would be willing to eat (their yogurt option was greek yogurt, which is a hard sell). After multiple back-to-back negative experiences, we will not be returning.

Yum!! First off, I have to say that I love their strawberry matcha drink, and I am not a matcha person but it’s really delicious. I enjoyed the monte cristo sandwich, the blackberry preserves were yummy and went well with it too. The house made fries were good, but were really just quartered potatoes. The strawberry French toast was delicious!! The strawberries were ripe, and the goat cheese was a nice addition. The balsamic reduction was perfect, tangy and sweet.
Service was good, and there wasn’t too long of a wait.
I would say that maybe they could have more seating on the inside but I understand with the building they have they are limited. There’s a mirror in the wall that goes all the way from one end of the restaurant to the other and it’s fun to look at.

I never ever leave reviews but I had such a good experience I have to. I went here for my 21st birthday brunch and everyone was so lovely, the food was amazing, they even brought it out with some candles for me, and on top of that they gave me a pancake on the house which might have been the best pancake I’ve ever had. 10/10 would recommend dining here!

Over priced, unhappy staff, I do not recommend this place we paid 90 bucks for 2 Benedict plates and a waffle.. the food was not that great and we couldn't believe the bill when we got it.. never again tangerip off.
