1st of all Bella is such an amazing and great server. Definitely request her section. She is super nice.
This place is awesome. Sitting at the 2nd annual Benedict month. The carne asada Benedict is ridiculously good. Please keep it all year long!

If you’re looking to challenge yourself, this might be the place. I set out to enjoy a simple cup of coffee and instead discovered what may be the worst one I’ve ever had. Thinking an Americano would be safer was adorable of me...somehow, it was even worse.
The breakfast sandwich was equally impressive, just not in a good way. One bite was all it took. Between the flavor and the presentation, I was honestly amazed at how thoroughly they missed the mark.
To be fair, the atmosphere is nice.
Come for the ambiance, just don’t come hungry, thirsty, or expecting decent service.

Are you up for the challenge of trying the most disgusting coffee you've ever had? My server offered to make me an Americano and somehow that was even worse.
I ordered chilaquiles and was genuinely shocked by how bad they were, both in flavor and presentation. I took one bite and couldn’t continue. The atmosphere is admittedly pleasant, but that’s where the positives end. Don’t come here for the food, the drinks, or the service.
After explaining the issues, I left early and still left a $20 bill on the table out of courtesy. Instead of any acknowledgment or apology, staff chased me down outside to demand an additional $5 for the tab.
Unprofessional, uncomfortable, and honestly appalling. A nice-looking space that completely fails where it matters most.

Very disappointing. I used to make a special trip to Lafayette from Denver just for their corned beef hash. I don't know what happened, but it has gone downhill drastically. It used to be tender, juicy chunks of corned beef with caramelized onions and crispy potatoes. Now, it's shredded, stringy and flavorless. It used to stand out, and was the best on the Front Range. Now, I can think of at least two other places that serve it like this. It's no longer worth the special trip.
I don't know what the mentality was of whomever decided to change the recipe; probably the same sort of ignorant, opinionated, know-it-all attitude that brought us such disasters as New Coke.
I can't attest to any of the other dishes, but if they have suffered the same fate then it's just not worth it. I won't be going back unless I can get some assurance that they have returned to their old recipe.

The food was really terrible. I ordered steak and eggs and got some kind of a dish with all kinds of green cactus that we’re not edible and other things that I wasn’t sure what it was
My daughter ordered a Mexican taco and they loaded it with jalapeños. You would think they would let a child know that it is a spicy dish

We had a party of six this morning. Waited about 20-25 minutes which was not terrible. Benches outside. Lovely outside seating area. The food and service were excellent. We had a couple folks get the Turkey Brie Benedict with blackberry jam and it is AMAZING!! The teens loved the chai drinks and avocado toast. My blackberry Bellini was lovely. Parking lot in back as well as street parking in a cute area of Lafayette.

I am so disappointed in Tangerine Lafayette. I am a vegetarian and do not eat pork as part of my beliefs. I specifically asked for no pork or meat in my breakfast tacos and there was bacon mixed in the eggs, and I didn’t notice until after consuming one taco. Very disappointing, please pay attention to customers’ dietary restrictions and needs, especially if they are paying $20 for breakfast tacos. Awful, horrible, and disgusting experience.
