I've been on a quest to find somewhere that provides smoothies with greater than 15 grams of protein and lucky for me, I found The Crossings Nutrition.

First, Judith is absolutely amazing and provides a welcoming space accompanied by world class customer service. She took the time to explain the menu options to me, as she does have a large selection to meet anyone's needs, and was just amazingly friendly the whole time. You feel like a member of her family when walking in.

Absolutely love the variety of high protein meals and drinks available. I personally was looking for the most I could get in a smoothie and ordered the chocolate fitness smoothie with peanut butter added to it. It was fantastic, exactly what I was looking for!

Now, I'll be honest, I was highly skeptical of the healthy donut option. I'm a personal trainer and have tried a wide variety of healthy alternatives, as many of us have. I have to say, I was shocked by how good the donut was! It had a good texture to it while not trying to kill you with sweetness. I will be ordering more next time I go in.

Speaking of next time, I will certainly be back tomorrow and a few more times until I go back home! I highly recommend The Crossings Nutrition for anyone who is like me and seeking a real amount of protein.

I wandered in on my morning walk and was immediately greeted by a kind husband and wife duo who own the shop. I had previously seen the fall menu on Facebook and had to try one of their shakes. Absolutely delicious and affordable as well. Looking forward to trying more of their options!

Tried this place for the first time and it was amazing! Super friendly and welcoming staff not to mention our drinks were delicious! As a gym goer I love that the drinks are healthy and taste good. Drinks even came with a mini donut. I would recommend this place to anyone! :)

Dietary restrictions: I’m lactose and tolerant so the soy and plant based protein options were the best

The man behind the counter was incredibly kind and helpful but I didn’t realize until after he was making my smoothie that this is an Herbalife play. I wish that was more upfront because their protein is over processed and not something I’d like to consume. The flavors were all candy bars, not fresh fruit.

Also, the shake tasted like cardboard.

I love sweets and was super excited to try a healthy donut. For $4 it was a tiniest mediocre donut I have ever had in my life. Super disappointed. Not going back. Maybe their smoothies and shakes are better. This is strictly based on their protein donut.

I feel like a lot of smoothie places nowadays will charge you an arm and a leg for a tiny 12 oz smoothie. Not here!! This place is definitely worth your money as their smoothies are delicious, super healthy, and packed with protein. They were super friendly when I walked in and even gave me a coupon. I will definitely be back! Make this your new go to smoothie place!!
