New to the area and wanted to tryout a new Greek place. First and last time we will go. Rude service, poor communication across the line, confusing # of toppings. Got charged for a side of something with no communication from the cashier until she rang it up. After asking about the charge, she offered to throwaway the bowl and start from scratch while the restaurant was busy which was uncomfortable and felt like a pressure tactic. The menu doesn’t state anything about topping limits or extra charges and the bowls felt skimpy and overpriced relative to other options like Cava.

Spanish lady, very rude , rushing me through the line, I asked for cabbage, and she said that it was going to be extra pay, which I told it was fine She see to be in the hurry and running in the back for some reason !!

We are regulars here and it is consistently amazing! I typically get the bowl with either gyro or seasoned chicken, plenty of tasty toppings and sauces to choose from and they are always very generous with the portions. The potatoes and green beans are especially good. Thank you Simple Greek!

I was the only customer in the store with four employees behind the counter. I asked for falafel, and they said they had to wait until the grill was ready. I stood there for 15 minutes with no updates as they started to grill chicken for an online order on the grill.....I then asked what the status was and the owner seemed annoyed that I asked. I waited another five minutes with no updates given. Generally other restaurants would give an update, offer you a drink or a discount. None of that happened. The owner just acted annoyed that I was there. I left without any food. Pretty disappointing.

I really like the food here, but can say that the prices have risen over the past year and the amount of food you get has been less. I paid $14 for a bowl and the amount of food given in the bowl wasn’t $14 worth.

Ordered online and they gave me my food on time. Food was incredible and all the staff were super friendly. They double checked the fact that I was the one who placed the order, which made me feel more confident. I’ll definitely be making this my go-to lunch spot!!

The place and food were excellent. There was a point when I asked for a lid, and an older woman who was training told the trainee that she was not to help customers until they finished with the task she was explaining. I was grateful the new employee stepped away to grab me a lid. It showed good customer service.

Manager/owner is rude and we felt rushed and expected to tip for subpar service. As expensive as it is, I’d rather spend my money elsewhere although the food and employees seem kind. The owner ruins the experience and we felt badly for the employees.
