This is my favorite restaurant! I love the food and the service! They are very kind to all of us, including my elderly mother. As far as the food, I especially love the Supreme Burritos, Steak Fajitas, and the Shrimp Tacos. Yum! Thank you everyone at Valles!!!!

Good food, slow service, slow to get Bill, very expensive margaritas. I emailed asking if they had a happy hour and did not receive any kind of response.

We have been going to Valles for a couple of years now. The food is always fantastic as are the margaritas . The margaritas come with any tequila you want for the same price (around $12) I recommend the coin margarita. They are the best deal in Boulder county.
The severs, Gio and his brother are the best. They have always been friendly and attentive and willing to go the extra mile to make you happy.

Wonderful place. Very comfortable space. Our waiter was helpful and welcoming. The taste of the food was amazing. Overall a great experience.

This place makes great margaritas and has good food. But it stinks in there! I've been in three times in the last two months and there is a foul smell when you walk in the door.

Based on the good reviews we headed out to Valles tonight for dinner and it was a FAIL. The place was pretty empty and the kind server/host told us we could sit wherever we wanted. We chose a booth before realizing that the drink menu on the table was dripping wet and across from the booth was a small table with cleaning supplies on it. Like another review mentioned the (free) chips were stale and the salsa had strange chunks in it. Not a good start. We ordered house margaritas ...they came quickly but were watery, warm and had a strange note of vanilla. When we said we were ready to order the server hesitated and then told us it would be "a while" because there were some big to-go orders and another big table. After being told it might be 25-30 minutes or more....we decided to move on to Old Santa Fe which is a reliable standby.

Starting with the atmosphere, the server was very friendly and polite. Restaurant was very clean. Food was amazing. Pupusas in this restaurant are the best in town. They are very authentic, they tasted home made. The price was very reasonable.
