The restrooms are disgusting. Who want to wash their hands and be forced to touch that disgusting handle to get out? Hi t, it's no one. Put back paper towels or at least add a way to open the door without having to touch it.

It’s like Antarctica inside this restaurant in the winter. I think management is too cheap to turn the heater on. Make sure you wear your Eskimo gear if you plan on dining inside.

my son and I found a gross looking penny and then a nickel inside of our french fries. the french fries were hot but so was the penny and nickel. it was so so gross. this is my sign for us to eat healthier and make our meals at home more.

There's always a problem at this location. Tonight I went in and got hair in two of my food items and on top of that I asked for extra sauce for two nugget meals and the employees act like the sauce comes out of their paychecks and end up giving you none. God forbid you ask for a refund the GM not only throws a fit but she belittles you and talks down on you. SMH
Went through the drive thru and the person taking our order was rude and said "what else" with an attitude. So we left without ordering anything because of her attitude towards me.

The staff got my order wrong, which is fine. It happens. But when explaining to them my order was wrong, they were very rude & disrespectful towards me. Food is great, very poor service. Night manager was very very rude.
Always cheerful and very helpful staff (if you’re in the mood for poisoned “food” not fit for human consumption. Could they cook their fries in something that won’t add to the misery and obesity of our nation??)
Raquel the manager had horrible customer service. She would not help me and said I was “shit out of luck” because I had accidentally placed a mobile order at the wrong location. I told her their customer service chatline and their one 800 number was closed and I could not contact our customer service for them to fix it for me. I am a frequent customer at all locations as I am also a DoorDash driver. Raquel was dismissive when I told her I was a regular customer and a DoorDash driver. She did this in front of her employees and said a poor example of how to excel at customer service. I am going hungry now tonight as I do not have another seven dollars to spend on dinner.

Obviously Wendy’s is fast food which starts expectations at a low point. However, I have been lucky enough to eat at many Wendy’s locations at which the employees at least care a little. The lady running this Wendy’s is defensive when errors are made, and apparently allows her employees to not care about the quality of food or service they provide.

Incredibly friendly staff here...also, I watched two employees throughly washing there hands before returning to work it impressed me,and when combined with how friendly the staff was...makes me want to eat here regularly...highly recommend!!!

I shared with the lady who took my order that my visit today was special.
My wife loved Wendy's. On a special occasion before she died we had our final Wendy's lunch here. It was as though she had not heard me.
Jennifer helped me out with lunch even though it was breakfast. I didn’t want breakfast and she was very inviting.
Frosties are my fave.

It doesn't matter what time of day that you go to this restaurant you are going to have a complaint I ordered a $13 meal and got a single stack I called back right after I opened my meal and they said that there was nothing they could do for me
