I visited Westbound & Down Lafayette and thought it was a cool place with excellent beer. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great brewpub experience.

Update: For their quick and professional response. That grants them an immediate upgrade in my books. I look forward to being able to try them when I’m able to get back out in that area.
Went there to try them. Decently out of the way for me (30+minutes). Sign on door says closed for maintenance. No postings anywhere else, social or otherwise, to indicate such closure. Such a disappointment. Hopefully I’ll find my way back over to actually try and can revise my review.
Great beer, really good pizza and really friendly staff. This is a great place.

Great staff and great ambiance. Took off a star because their gluten free pizza crust is probably the worst I’ve ever tasted. There are many better options in the Lafayette/Louisville area if you want good drinks and good pizza with gluten free crust.

Had the buratta and bruschetta. No bread served with a $14 buratta? And 2 1/2 SMALL bread pieces for bruschetta for $14? Seems a bit pricey. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE this place, but it seemed a bit pricey for what we got.

Super awesome everything! The beer & cocktails were amazing, the pizza and apps were super tasty -above and beyond special flavor combinations! The atmosphere was perfect for a casual birthday and large group (15). A special thanks to the staff who were on point with everything!

Looking for pizza & beer? This brewery set in rural Lafayette was worth the scenic drive. The service was knowledgeable and friendly. The beer menu offered many IPAs and some great tasting lagers. The pizza crust was crispy with the right amount of chewiness; an excellent choice. Definitely going to stop by again.
